Ok, so it's been a crappy week for me when it comes to anything remotely like a machine. I am the Bane to their Batman. *rim shot* Seriously, if the machines ever rise up, get with me because I will make them fail without trying to.

Spent two days fighting Adobe flash player because my computer was throwing a rebellion or something. Then my Jimmy (SUV) decided to break down because the interior light turned itself on. Fun. And now my scanner has crapped out.

So! I have a question for anyone reading this. What type of scanner should I look for? Keep in mind that I am a broke bitch and can't spend a ton of money. But I want a scanner that won't mangle the pencil sketches, color pencils, and paintings I scan. Any ideas?
