Welcome to Pawpad Café!
Pawpad Café is a series for delicious gourmet food that is easy enough for anyone to make and master.
All the recipes you find here take no special training to accomplish and are all fairly easy to prepare.
Use these recipes to impress your family, coworkers, or just feed yourself well.
I focus on cooking that is simplistic, yet entirely satisfying if not down right impressive for the first time cook.
If you go into this with basic cooking abilities and follow instructions you should achieve a delicious almost gourmet tasting dish.
Don't buy into the popular media image that cooking is for only masters or naturals.
Stop eating ramen and soda every night and treat yourself to dishes you never thought you could make.
As for my qualifications; I have only had two years of college level cooking classes that I received back in high school.
Everything else I learned from my mother and grandmother, may she rest in peace.
They had always both tantalized and impressed my taste buds with their cooking.
This has led me to cooking with rather unconventional ingredients sometimes, but often resulting in amazing results.
Because of my lack in formal cooking education has made me more comfortable with pushing the boundaries, which yields results.
The results being making my mates family love my cooking, and to a large extent me when they first met me.
I am glad to share my recipes and results with fellow furs.
So lets cook up some fun in this community.
