Currently doing Draw a Box.
Is it weird to be shy online and outgoing face to face? Or is it a side effect of being old?
If you like hypnosis, you'll enjoy some of the stuff I got in here.
Feel free to send me a message over Discord, I hardly interact here "properly".

My hypnosis + Kinda away + computer rant (G)
Anyone watching me has noticed that it's been nearly 2 months since I did anything here. To be fair, that was just me being lazy, it's a thing that snowballs once in a while.
TLDR, don't expect too much posting consistency from me
And something I want to rant just because I can. I absolutely despise how a lot of programs, games, apps and websites have said "fuck it" to being resource efficient. On one hand, it's a good thing there are so many tools that make creating them easy. On the other hand, GOD FUCKING DAMNIT, YOUR GAME SHOULD NOT BE 200GB IF IT'S A SINGLE FUCKING MAP! Also, where I work, the main project, which is just a web system, needs around 200mb of python libraries + 500mb of nodejs libraries. 800mb just so a stupid site works.
If you never dealt with programming or have no idea how that could be bad, just imagine having 800mb of common .txt files. Now you can start to understand the problem.
Which brings me to a project that right now only exists in paper and that I've yet to spend any time on it, which is a game. Sure, using Unreal, Unity or Godot make the whole thing much easier, but the first two have so much bloat that I just can't bring myself to bother. Godot is interesting, but its scripting language is not something I like, as it resembles Python. Yes, I can use C# or C++, but no, thanks. That makes me more or less "forced" to make my own engine, which might be a good thing. I mean, if I make a simple little game with a single room, using a total of 400kb of images + 100kb of code and the compiled thing ends with more than 1mb, something is really wrong.
Some people might not care at all or think I'm just being something OCD or whatever. I just look at games made in the 80s and 90s, with small teams, much more rudimentary tools, without internet help, finding miracle ways to fit into floppy disks and, later, CDs. Hell, even programs from back then made much better use of resources, right, Adobe shit? Illustrator is almost 1gb while alternative, free software that does the same is around 130mb.
What was that about hypnosis?
I think I might need a muse or "hypno slave" of sorts to experiment with. Basically, it'll be someone that enjoys my voice and that can take some time to get some 1 on 1 hypnosis sessions via Discord. It won't be just the person listening in silence, I will be asking things and fully expecting replies, just like normal hypnosis (which I can't practice face to face because fucking coronavirus). I might record the thing and, depending on how much I enjoy it, post it here and elsewhere with tweaks, like removing the subject's replies, things that can be worked out. In case you're interested, drop me a message on Discord.
