The easiest way to order is to join our discord and PING, DM or use assigned channels.If you do not wish to join the discord, or can't, just leave a note~
When ordering a comm, you can reach out to the artist directly, or me. We will lock in the commission into the queue.
Your chosen artist will begin working on the sketch, and you can request discussion in VC or get help from me if it is a WIP character!
Commission completion times vary from artist to artist. Your work will be delivered within 1-2 weeks.
If more than 3 weeks pass, you are entitled to a large discount and compensation in the form of a free sketch and/or character sheet.
Payment and Prices>
You may use PayPal.Prepayment after you get the sketch and you are satisfied :)
The need for references depends from artist to artist, but to provide the best results, giving references is highly advised.
IF you do not provide references and the work does not fully fit your tastes, you are only entitled to a partial refund.
Artists decide on their personal pricing, but are divided into the two general price ranges.
The artist will have a final say on the price if the commission is deemed extremely complex and thus charge the extra fee after the order is accepted.

No forcing artists to make works they are not comfortable with.Upon cancelling commission it will be reviewed and with reasoning, fully refunded.
To apply a discount or a special offer, such as joining the discord for -8% off, you should stay in the discord
or future special offers and discounts may not be provided to you.
When talking to all of our Colleagues, talk with respect and don't interrupt workflow or get nosy about
their works and work processes. IF you want to ask friendly questions regarding artistry, you may do it
in our discord publicly.
A CEO or Co Founder has all the right to add additional rules to the TOS, at any times, within reason.
