Interested in a commission

Recently, I have received many messages regarding commissions. Currently I am not taking any commissions (sorry!), but I am little curious how this system runs since it is never common in Japan.

My friend did some research into finding out how it works, (e.g. Character sheets, Paypal payment, and all sorts) but unable to find out what is the average price rate for it. The price range on this market is truly diverse. Some ask only $5, and another asks $100, or even more.

So question is… what is the regular price range, and moreover, how much do I worse? Well, I do not draw for money, but this is surely one of the compelling questions to ask. It would be really helpful if you can tell me on comment what you think. And be honest! … Though I could be flattered if you say it's worth million dollars!
