Yeah, a whole year has passed once again and now we’re in 2026. I made a journal like close to the beginning of 2025 for figuring out to fix up my userpage but never got around to it. Oh yeah I said I planned to post arts too but I uploaded like only ONE pic which was more of a stupid doodle. I got like maybe a few others I drew up but I feel like the majority of them look like shit. The other stuff I’ve done that I haven’t posted anywhere but have shared to some friends are colors/shades of their drawings that I did for fun, you know they only got lined drawings or sketches. I do have a few arts from friends/raffles that I’ve received but I’ve been procrastinating on posting em for a variety of reasons which are wanting to add a story/good description to it and the fact that a few of em are in the mature to adult rating.

I’ve just been kind of distracted/focused on stuff that’s been going on in real life ya know? To feel the want or need to post anything on FA and by extension Twitter and Bluesky (although considering Twitter is going down the Shitter more and more I probably won’t post anything on there) has been low on my priority because of it. There’s been a few family things that went on I’d say started near the end of summer that I don’t want to go into great detail.

Besides the bumps that I’ve dealt with there have been a few positive things that happened in 2025:

I got a Switch 2 back in the beginning of July as a slightly late birthday gift replacing the OG Switch that I had for a long while. My Switch was getting issues with not just joy-con drift but also wouldn’t work for playing it portably, The joy-cons would think they’re removed despite still staying on. Finally connecting to the TV using the dock would just suddenly drop the connection randomly which was a big problem if I was in a serious gaming session.

I also have gone to a few conventions with one where I got to meet the voice actors of the three Eds from Ed, Edd n’ Eddy which was great, hell I gave em each a quarter for fun. Also met a few other voice actors but aside from that it was unfortunately small compared to many of the other cons I’ve been too. One convention I was glad to go to again was MFF as the last time I’ve been to it was YEARS AGO, I want to say which was back in 2013? I bought a couple of cool shirts there and got to meet a few online friends in person for the first time. Had a surprisingly good time, might go again and try to meet those I haven’t had the chance to say hi to face to face and maybe commission some artists in person, I completely missed the artists alley as I was constantly going back and forth from the convention building and hotel that housed it.

Anyways I’m sorry if this journal seems all over the place but I wanted to type down what was going on for me before I forget. I got plans for here, it’s just not set in stone.
