It is not my fault if you do not check the most up to date version of my TOS.

Rules:

- You must be 18 or older to commission me for art.
- Do not beg me for free stuff, I can and will blacklist/block anyone who does this.
- Do not try to haggle with me for a lower price.
- I am allowed to refuse a commission.
- My queue is first come, first serve.
- I will give quotes, even if my queue is full/commissions are closed, but they are subject to change if prices change.
- Do not ask for constant updates, I'll try to complete commissions as soon as possible and will update when significant progress is made or when checking in with the commissioner if the artwork being drawn looks correct.
- I can send files through Discord or email, your choice.
- Progress sketches will be watermarked.
- No putting my art through AI programs.


What I need when commissioning me:

- When commissioning me I will need a detailed description of what all you’re wanting, a reference sheet of some kind, and any reference material you think will help to get your idea across.
- Will need to know if you want the art to be SFW, NSFW, or SFW + a NSFW version.
- When commissioning a reference sheet with no previous version(s), I will need to know the species, gender, colors/color palette you’d like to be used, marking, and any other details you’d like me to know.
- When commissioning a reference sheet where you do have previous version(s), I will confirm all the details on what you have sent me is what you’re wanting (species, gender,colors, etc.) and I will need to know of any other details you’d like to add.


Payment:

- I only take payment via Ko-fi or Artistree.
- If you have not completed paying for your commission, I will only send you a watermarked version of your commission to confirm everything looks right but won't send the unwatermarked version until the rest is paid.


Refunds:

- I will not give a refund once artwork has been completed.
- I will give a partial refund if the artwork is not complete.
- I will give a full refund if the artwork has not yet been started on.
- If I find I can not complete a commission or do not wish to continue to work with a commissioner anymore, a refund will be issued accordingly and the commissioner will be sent what has been finished if they so wish.


Raffle/YCH/misc. stuff:

- If you do not win a raffle, do not harass me or the winner(s) about it.
- If you win a raffle and want more than what is included with the prize, I will ask for payment for extra details.
- If you win a raffle and do not respond within 48hrs after being contacted about winning, the prize will be given to someone else.
- If I run out of slots for a YCH or close a YCH, do not complain to me or anyone else about it. If you ask nicely, I may open a slot up for you when/if I have the room in my queue and time for it.
