You may re-post the finished art to your own gallery or website, but please give credit to me by linking my FurAffinity page. I would appreciate it if works in progress (WIPs) were kept private.

I will likely send you a WIP of the sketch for approval at the start of your commission. If you'd like something changed please let me know and I will make those changes for you. Please notify me of any changes to the image before I ink it, if it is to be more than a sketch. Once the finished piece is posted you may ask for edits if there are mistakes with your character's markings.

If you'd like additional features on your commission after the sketch is approved, and the information wasn't included in the initial commission description, you will be charged $5 or more for minor changes, and $10 or more for major changes to compensate for time and energy spent.

Once you approve the sketch I keep the payment, and will work on the piece further from there.

Unapproved sketches can be sold as "your character here"s and cancelled YCHs will be re-sold. No refunds for collaborative work.
Cancelled YCHs will be posted back up for sale, the original buyer must wait for it to be re-sold before getting a refund.
I cannot offer any refunds for collaboration work with other artists. Keep this in mind when purchasing a collaboration piece.

PayPal and Interac eTransfer only.

I accept PayPal and Interac eTransfer. Interac eTransfer is available to Canadians only and as such the CAD prices apply. Please do not send me CAD over PayPal, that is for US customers only. If you are Canadian and can't pay eTransfer then I may ask for USD instead of CAD.

I have the right to refuse any commission request and do not have to provide a reason. If I turn down a commission idea, please do not pester me or try to change my mind. There are other artists who may be thrilled to work with you if I am not.

I prefer visual reference in the form of a flat, coloured full body reference sheet or image of your character. I accept written description only if I get some artistic freedom for character design, but will follow directions given. The commissioner accepts responsibility (i.e. fixing the image is up to the artists' discretion and refunds will not be given) for any discrepancies between the reference sheet colours and my rendition of your character; specifically, this applies when I am provided with a shaded/text/other reference sheet instead of a proper flat coloured one where I can colour pick on any area of the character.

When writing your commission description, please keep the information on topic with visual aspects only. I may need an image reference of your character, pose description, facial expression, and any accessories you want drawn on your character. If you'd like a background that is not transparent, let me know what you would like drawn (colour, texture, or a simple design/logo). Fully rendered backgrounds incur a charge.

Questions about your commission or general inquiries should be sent via private message only. Do not leave shouts on my page or comments on journals/submissions regarding your commission. I fully encourage all my commissioners to keep in contact with me in the form of updates, or asking for a bump on completion time.

Abusive comments towards me or other persons that I know will not be tolerated. Please be kind in your messages to me, and I will do the same. I do not accept threats. These methods will not get your art or refund to you any faster.

My prices and TOS are subject to change at any time without notice. Commissions accepted after that time will be subject to the newest version of the TOS.

I may add a "pain tax" to a commission if I deem it reasonable. This may be added due to a customer being belligerent, or if the piece is upsetting to work on.
I may also add a tax if I am experiencing an emergency, but the customer will be aware before they purchase from me.

There is an extra charge for additional characters, art of a sexual nature, or art of a violent or gorey nature. This is not because I don't necessarily enjoy working on those subjects, but because it may require more time and effort or imagination. This charge will be discussed and decided upon pending the nature of the extra material.




Refund Policy

If no work has been started and you'd like a refund, you are entitled to a full refund. I apologize if things have to go this way, and I will do my best to get your money back to you as soon as possible!

Do not use PayPal disputes to get a refund.
Opening disputes endangers my livelihood by putting my PayPal account at risk of being limited or even frozen. Anyone opening disputes against my PayPal account will be placed on my blacklist permanently, and never allowed to commission me again.

Please do not purchase artwork from me if you can't afford it.
Please do not look for a refund because you need money or regret spending money on art. Art is a luxury item and should not be purchased if there is any chance of regret.
