Hey there my name is Millicent, or Mill for short! Of course, I'm quite alright if people want to address me by my username as well, but my actual name is preferred under most circumstances. I go by they/them pronouns, and although I'm not too fussy if that's missed or someone makes a mistake, I will gently correct people, and hope that those pronouns are used for me in the future! I'm pretty laid back about how people approach me or acknowledge me so long as it's respectful.~

Now that that's out of the way, here are a couple of things to help you get to know me better if you're curious, or if you're looking to get a bit more friendly with me!

How old are you, and where are you from?
- I am 25 years old and I live on the Oregon Coast with my girlfriend, and our two cats, Arthas and Logan. I moved here about four years ago from Columbus, Ohio- and I absolutely adore it!

Why are you on FurAffinity?
- I'm an artist who really enjoys drawing anthro characters, and own quite a few of them myself. I usually enjoy the furry fandom, and would like to open more of my artwork to furaffinity!

What programs and tools do you use for your art?
- Being a digital artist, I use several computer programs to do my art, along with my (not-so) trusty Intuos Pro tablet. Most commonly, I use a mix of Paint Tool SAI for drawing and coloring and then move to Photoshop (CS5) for painting, rendering, and adjustments of sorts! Outside of digital art, I do practice a lot in my sketchbooks with just... some regular, cheap, ballpoint pens.

Do you do/post any art other than YCHs?
- Although this is a primarily ych focused account, I may (from time to time) post personal characters, artwork that I've done for myself that I think is worth sharing, or things that I've done for others that I think is a great fit for my gallery. For now, I can't say if I will do this often, or if those posts will be few and far between. With this being said, though... I am not an artist who takes Requests, Trades, or Commissions. (why?) I'm super sorry, but they're just not something I've ever enjoyed doing or found worth the time, effort, or payout.

Are you more personal with watchers, or more professional?
- This is a tough question to answer because, in all honesty, my general attitude towards people online differs from one person to the next. To start off, I try to be very polite and professional with everyone I come into contact with. I'll do my very best to be respectful and helpful regardless of who I'm interacting with- however, there are just some people that I am more inclined to open up to, and some people I am less inclined to open up to. I don't know what exactly influences this because it has nothing to do with how nice someone is to me... but more or less how I read that person's personality through online interaction. PLEASE don't let this discourage you from talking to me! I am still a human being and I do enjoy casual conversation with others!

"Hi! I like your art! Can we be friends?"
- Going back to my previous question, I need you to understand that certain people I am more inclined to be friendly with than others, and certain things may make me a little wary of befriending someone... especially so quickly. I would love to make new friends through this account, but I also understand that some people think that because they are my "friend" that they can take advantage of me- as it has (unfortunately) happened in the past. I won't assume that everyone is out to use me, but just remember that friendship is something that's built- not given!

What kinds of things do you like?
- Oh man, I like a lot of things. Like... a LOT of things, and a lot of different things to boot. So we'll generalize the list by saying that I really enjoy Music, a variety of different Video Games, talking about Pets and Animals, or Food! My tastes in things are pretty varied for the most part (especially music and games), but you can always ask if you're curious to know what my favorites are!

Are there certain things you don't like?
- Just like the last question; there are a lot of different things I don't like. I don't like really getting into what I don't like or disagree with because it's all completely subjective; and things that I may not like, other people might- and this is totally ok! If you like something that I don't; I'm not the type of person to hate you for it or hold something against you. Don't worry about it, because if we all agreed on everything, the world would be boring. If you say or do something that I don't like, or that makes me uncomfortable or uneasy I will tell you so we can avoid it in the future!

How can I get in contact with you?
- I do have an account on Discord that I use to chat instantly with my friends, however, I will not hand out my account information to anyone that I do not know! I'm deeply sorry about this, but I'd like to keep my private chat with people I know! (Course if you do get to know me better and we talk regularly you're welcome to ask me for that info!)

Do you Roleplay?
- I do not roleplay... at least not with anyone but a very small handful of my closest friends. I might offer to RP with people I know well if they happen to enjoy a similar subject to what I enjoy, but generally, I don't!

Of course, if there's anything else you want to know; I'm almost always around and I do my very best to answer questions if you feel up to asking them! Even if you wanna ask me something silly like, how old my cats are, if I prefer soft or hard shell tacos, or if you should wear the black or red shirt with your purple tie- By all means, ask me questions!
