Happy New Year, Everybody!!!
Here’s to a new year, and here’s to the old one goin’ off without a hitch! ‘Cause, y’know, I don’t know if any of you have heard of this, but it’d been predicted for 2025 that a solar flare might knock out half the globe’s power grids, leaving us without power for some time, probably a few hours at best, but some people were blowing it way out of proportion, proposing it’d bring about a full-on apocalypse and collapse of civilization — an over exaggeration, to be sure. But either way, it had me pretty concerned and on my toes about it for about half the year (and for some time before then), nonetheless, only to settle down and even almost forget about it as practically the whole year went by without a single incident of geographical-scaled power outages.
Anyhow, while this year did not go without its trials and hardships here and there, as I’m sure we’ve all faced in our own way, I’m glad to see that last year has otherwise gone smoothly and without a hitch. And let’s hope that this new year will go just as smoothly. My blessings and best wishes to you all!
