100 Scetch Marathon (free scetches) (G)

I have to admit: I have a problem!
On the one hand I'd like to become a better artist, on the other hand I'm losing myself in doing to much details in my pictures so the never got finished...
So I decieded to try the challange of a 100 scetch marathon!
And I need YOUR help!
I don't want to think about characters and poses and stuff, so please post some refs + a pose you want and I'll try my best to get it done!
No matter if clean or adult, one or multiple characters (as long as all characters owners are fine with it), just post it in the comments or send me a note.
And please give real critcsm so I know where I can get better.
