Changing my view on art and my mentality towards it. (G)

I'm still trying to develop a healthier mindset with art as of today. I have made progress so far as I use to get physically sick every time I tried to draw and that is not just hyperbole either. I would stress over it like it was a second job and got to the point where I hated drawing and just wish I never tried. Thankfully now a days after some revaluation,

I am at a point where I can do sketches, which is about it. Sorry to say that I still have a long way to go and I really don't want to dive head first back into fully done drawings for quite some time. The amount of sketches are going to be smaller in quantity to as again I want to work on my mental health and develop a healthy relationship with something that I had and wish to have passion for.
