I can't always immediately get back to every person who throws me a response of some kind, but do know I appreciate the watches so much. A lot of you have been around quite a good, long while and you've seen a lot of change in what I consider, a lengthy amount of time. I truly hope you continue to enjoy the content as we continue on and approach new obstacles, interact as a whole in comments sections and, and snicker at random snippets of animal photos. ​When you work with me, unless it's a ref sheet or a premade base you are entitled to a sketch.
​This sketch is adjusted and formed to your desires until every detail meets your needs for your character's representation and everything else you paid me for that we have discussed and agreed upon .
When the sketch is agreed upon, you pay me. Some people choose to pay before the sketch. There is absolutely no issue with that so long as we have agreed on a price.
​After the sketch is completed, do NOT ask to change it, The purpose of this system is to move forward in a specific order, and move step by step towards a goal. Once we finish a level, it's done. (Small changes can be discussed but really avoid this. Change is not promised)
​Then comes the linework. Once you agree on linework I move onto color. Do NOT ask to change the linework after color is made. It immensely stresses out an artist because all the linework needs readjusting. x.x
​From there comes shading, background, and last minute adjustments to enhance the image.
​Critiques and fixes are welcome as long as it moves in the particular order of the commissioning process.

When I've shown you a completed piece of work:
​If you are not happy with what you received, explain why please. If it is something fixable or that I personally agreed to and forgot, we can work it out and I'll give you what I owe you. If it was a personal mistake and you choose to go back on a certain agreement, or just have a change of heart we can discuss it but it may cost you depending on how far back it all goes and my discretion. If it is ever a level that involves lineart, shading or sketch, very very rarely will I agree.

Finished projects take a bit of time. Your patience is appreciated. There's a lot of detail and time going into each piece. Please respect I have a lot of you and I prefer to work in relatively chronological order. Commissions can take a a hour, day or a month; possibly a bit longer if I'm having a rough mental health week/month, or life is gaining friction on my end. I work full time in the medical field as well. I will happily communicate with you though so if you are interested in communicating or receiving an update, please do ask.

​You are not entitled to a refund unless I completely disregarded the needs of your order. if I give you what you asked for, I cannot un-draw something and get back all the hard work and time spent on it. If you bail on a commission partway through it being made after we agree on a sketch and go onward after payment, I will not be refunding you automatically. We can discuss the situation but overall, at best you will only be getting back the rest of the money that I don't feel adequately covers the time and effort of mine you've already spent, making a partial art piece. If you suddenly disappear on me and I don't hear from you for several months, you are choosing to potentially forfeit your purchase and resulting art unless you can communicate with me and give a worthy reason why I should continue to work with you, or you can claim a medical / life emergency fitting to the time gap. (I’ve had customers die on me and come back anyway before. I’m not completely closed off) This is not equatable to me holding your free sketch we already finished and you have not yet paid for. I will happily hold onto your ideas and finished sketch until you are ready to complete the payment and move towards a finish. I understand how life can be. What I'm asking is you don't disappear on me during the communications of each level getting finished for too unreasonably long.

​If your character changes while I am working on them, unless your change is incredibly minute and easy for me to fix, you are getting the design you originally asked for. Again, I cannot go back and make up for all the work I already put into it. From there you'll either need to pay me for a new color job, or hope your character changes were small enough.

* By purchasing my services(Commissioning Digital Art/Animations/Painting/ Physical Merchandise) you agree to the terms of my TOS. Which can be found through the Missaria website(coming soon) or social media accounts representing Missaria.
* Clients are not permitted to use any part of Missaria services or content such as images, videos, goods, and or copies of goods for financial gain, digital currency, and or trade unless permitted in writing/contract. Using commissioned work from Missaria is strictly for the use of personal redistribution via public social media and or obtaining physical byproducts without financial gains or sales.
* Clients purchasing services from Missaria have no physical or legal ownership over products acquired from said service unless previously discussed in writing/contract. Creator/owner of Missaria services/products reserves the right to reuse and redistribute commission content for commercial purposes. Such as but not limited to physical prints(t-shirts, flyers, mugs, etc), advertisements, external projects, etc.
* Any aspect of work by Missaria may not be used to train, validate, or test any neural network or artificial intelligence. Doing so is in violation of terms against alteration and external non private use of assets created for patrons.


User Agreement

By commissioning Missaria, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described here.
You will agree and adhere to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.
Violation of this TOS will not be tolerated and will lead to you being blacklisted from my services. You are not required to be told or warned of any additional actions taken for violating this TOS.

​****SHIT I WILL/WON'T DRAW LIST****
​A lot of people don't hire me for certain things because they think I simply won't do those particular categories/fetishes.
Honestly though I do a LOT of deliberate cringe work and porn to spice up the gallery. My humor is rather odd you'll come to find. Also the gallery is very fetish diverse. We appeal to a very wide crowd within reason. There is a clear list of things you really should not ask me for. There's also a wide list of thing's I'm absolutely experienced in drawing already or wish to work on more.
(It's worth mentioning, that as someone enthusiastic in providing a product based on personal order, does not reflect any actions, I the artist would partake in in every situation. This is a fictional depiction we all get to sample through art and that's fantastic. You're going to see a lot of strange things, so come with an open mind or at least try to play nice.)
