Basically, I'm offering several types of commissions:

Single characters, colored or pencilwork - $5-$10 (depends upon complexity of design).

Character design sheets - $10-$15 Those include both a colored and graphite-shaded fullbody portrait, and several facial expressions of the character.

Portraits - $7 - %10, both stylized and realistic.

Landscapes with your characters in them - $20 - $30. Those are very detailed, and might take a little longer to wait.
