Took the time to finish this game last night. It's solid. I didn't LOVE any part of this game, but I liked many others.
Third Person Shooter / Action RPG, with more emphasis on the RPG elements than you'd expect. Lots of different weapons and builds and hacking-related things you can experiment with if shooting isn't your thing. It's fun and absolutely worth playing.
Story is...streamlined. There's not much to it. The heart of the story is clearly the relationship between the MC and the little girl, which is pretty cute. But if that doesn't draw you in, there ain't much here. No spoilers, but there are certain VERY IMPORTANT ASPECTS of the story that I called from 5 country miles away, like with exact precision. It's pretty basic. More "Space Fantasy" than "Sci-Fi."
It's still good though. It's got NG+, so eyyy. Gonna continue playing after comms.
