Looking for OC refsheet at a more technical level (G)

I am posting this to express my need to find an artist to create a more “technical” reference sheet. By technical, I mean adding precision to the character's attributes, numerical information about colors, etc., and a very neutral style. The idea is that this sheet will be useful for anyone, but that any artist can draw my character Marcus Adom regardless of their style. What I need is a reference sheet for the character and another for his clothes and attire.
My budget is $200, although it can be increased slightly depending on the deal.
