Oh wow, is this really my first journal? Goodness O.o

Um, so, I've been doing commissions for friends most recently, and I've been looking to start taking them from you guys too, maybe even more people if I do a good enough job!
Thing is, that I need to make a really detailed spreadsheet that will help commissioners be able to specify in better complexity and depth what they want out of the commission. Artistic freedom is nice, but it's kinda difficult when people tell me the character's political beliefs, allergies, kinks, and favorite kind of pie... but not what kind of clothes they're wearing in the picture, and then expect me not to draw their action hero character dressing in drag and doing the hula... LOL
Be careful how much artistic freedom you give me, kekekek!

Soo, I was hoping you guys would be kind enough to give me your thoughts on what kind of prompts I should give on this commission sheet/horrible excruciating paperwork. Important things, like portrait resolution! Perspective level! Shading complexity! Length and girth of male extremities! (Sweet Jesus please not that last one)
