A deposit is to be paid up front, after this work will begin, upon completion of work the client is expected to make the final payment.

Refunds: will NOT be given, unless the project is not completed, delivered, or is cancelled.

Clients are expected to have their money ready to pay upon completion of the commission, at most clients will be given two extra days to make the final payment.



A progress image will be emailed to the client for their approval, during this time the client may ask me to revise something ( the first revision is free, however after this it will cost an extra $10 ) if the client is satisfied then I will continue working on the image. when completed the final will be emailed and will be watermarked, the watermark will be removed after the final payment is received.

Copyright: Artist retains all copyright of the produced artwork. The customer has permission to share the work publicly and use it on display for private use but reproductions of the work, especially reproductions that will be used for profit or commercial uses, is strictly prohibited unless approved by the artist in writing. The rights of characters will belong to the client or in the case of fanart to their respective creators.

Sharing of Art: Social media sharing and other public sharing of artwork are vital for marketing purposes of the Artist. This includes, but is not limited to, artwork potentially being displayed on artist’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, website, business documents. The Customer consents to completed work, being used for these purposes. The customer can opt to not have the work posted for a small fee.
When sharing work publicly, the Customer agrees to give the Artist credit though clear and visible labeling, tagging or verbal acknowledgement. If sharing multiple times in one place, one initial credit is sufficient for remaining displays. (For example if the customer posts the artwork on Facebook multiple times, it is only necessary to tag the artist once in the first instance).

I give myself a period of 2 months to get commissions done, please keep in mind that it is very unlikely that it will take the full 2 months. This is just for me incase something unexpected in life happens, I usually get things done in a few days or weeks, the complexity of the piece will factor into this. However, I make it a priority to get clients the finished product as quickly as I can.
