I haven’t been doing well lately, my seasonal depression has hit very hard. I’ve fallen behind on our bills from last month and have been fighting the negatives for some time.

I usually start to feel the effects of my depression lift around springtime, but I’m headed towards some very difficult months. I am medicated this go round, thankfully, but executive dysfunction, ptsd, and stress has left me paralyzed.

I push so hard to get things together and it just feels like it falls through my fingers like sand these days. My energy is tanking because stress has made it hard to eat, so I’m here asking for help..

I missed my tax payment, credit card payment, car payment, health insurance payment, and today our phones are pulling- and tomorrow my car insurance is pulling- and I’m just exhausted. I’ve been working as much as I can, my calendar is a mess of strikes and arrows and checks as I try to keep working with my energy levels, and they’re just bottoming out.

I’ll make a goal to cover the previous month and the rest of this month so I can breathe, recharge, and get back to creating for folks. (1,500 goal) Thank you all so, so much for the love and support here. I immediately feel at home, and I’m so excited to keep pouring in here.
