My name is Koi Lovecarp, or 'Koi' if it needs to be shortened.
Anyone with some Japanese knowledge can notice the pun in my surname. Two different meanings of 'koi' in Japanese are 'love' and 'carp' (depending on the kanji), but the words sound slightly different. While 'koi' refers a specific type of carp here, it is used in Japan more often to refer to all carp in general.
My profile picture is old. I used to be a Chihuahua, but times changed and I've changed. It's a bit of a trip to look back at my old fursona now. I transformed into a donkey around 2012. Actually, more like I detransformed into my true form. Turns out that big-earred creature I kept seeing in my head wasn't a dog at all.
I have a fascination with anything related to water and aquatic life.
I also have a fascination with the moon and astrology.
I can talk non-stop about personality typing.
Aside from aquatic life, I am also fascinated by butterflies. I think they have beautiful symbolism.
I am not a good artist. I draw and doodle, but until I get to a level of skill I feel some sort of pride in, none of my art will make it here.
I have been drawing the same cat characters for as long as many of you have been alive. Possibly longer.
I prefer SFW art usually. If you like and/or draw NSFW art, that's ok (as long as no one in real life is being forced into anything without consent). If I have you on "watch", its probably for your SFW art. If you're on on my "watch" list and you're primarily an NSFW artist, take it as a sign that someone likes your non-porn art, too.
A few of my characters have "sexy" art of them that is still clothed with no sex acts going on. This is because they're models, and, after they become adults, they begin to do more "adult" modelling. If I ever get interested in commissioning stuff that goes beyond "slightly adult", then I'll probably create an NSFW account. I'd like to keep this account SFW.

Characters from a story I am writing. They are all the same species, so it is pretty pointless to list their species. They are catlike in appearance, but are actually a cross between human, cat, and extra-terrestrial.
Please note that the calendar in their world is not the same as the one we use. One (although not the only) way they use to tell the date is the Western Zodiac, which they learned about through human literature which was saved. Their "Zodiac Calendar" also uses the debated 13th Zodiac sign (between Scorpio and Sagittarius), Ophiuchus.
The story takes place over the course of several years. The characters who are models (Vinia, Lublianna, unnamed other character) only do "sexy" modeling after they reach adulthood.
