I'm quitting the furry community. I don't have to give my reasons, but the short version is I never should have been here and I will never succeed here as long as I stay. On top of that, I am ashamed of myself for several things I did wrong and hope to turn over a new leaf, getting away from all the things lewd and disgusting that were only hindering and harming me. If you have any remaining business with me, you have until March to reach out. If any of you reading have been thinking about it I encourage you to do so. The world may suck, but it won't last forever and there are better things you could be doing with your gifts than sticking with a community that races to the bottom and treats people without any dignity. A community that encourages instant gratification and profiteering over genuine self-improvement and compassion. Not all of you have treated me poorly and I'm grateful for the best efforts of those who are trying to be kind and helpful. God-willing, this doesn't discourage you, but encourages you, even if what it encourages you to do is leave.
