I fill the role of my group's kid brother; obnoxious yet adorable.

I've learned of my own accord that drowning in tears and submitting to the darkness of the world would accomplish nothing but a broken end for myself and those I care for. While it is true that to this day we stalk the savanna alone, I know that no one is truly alone. There are people that care about me, and even though apart, I know our souls together will be.

I am going to die at some point or another. Since that is forever the case, the timing of my death doesn't matter. It's not about how long you live, it's what you do with the time you've been gifted. While I live, I want to shine. I want to prove that I'm not a shadow destined to fade into darkness. I want to prove that I exist.

Death and fading away...

It is kinda scary... but that's the reality I have accepted.
But I can live with that acceptance because I know that my actions today will live on to affect the world of tomorrow, when I am gone.
If I can make a difference in a single life, and be remembered in their heart... That is how I'll live on. In the hearts of my family, my children, my friends, foes, and acquaintances.
So even if my soul was destroyed, a part of it will still shine on. In the hearts of others.
