We have received a significant volume of feedback from our patrons in regards to recent events and while we cannot answer all of them at once, we would like to address your most frequently asked questions in the hopes that we can enhance your viewing experience.
Yes, we are aware of the issues regarding data corruption and vandalism by unknown parties and we are working around the clock to fix these problems, though these may take some time to solve.
Yes, we are also well aware of the recent incidents involving our warpsong (superluminal communication) relays and ansibles. Due to the nature of such technology and the recent spike in piracy and civil unrest, this will unfortunately take much longer to fix. We apologize in advance for any and all factual, technical and causal glitches and errors that may ensue.
