Hi I'M NOT DEAD! Rumors of my death were greatly exaggerated. I was just pining for the fjords. I didn't realize it had been so long since I've been here. My goodness. A lot has happened! Well, not that much, I guess. I'm still me, still a giant nerd.

The biggest news I can share is that I am no longer just an aspiring writer! I AM A PUBLISHED AUTHOR! Self-published, but still. It counts! I have a novel that you can read/buy right now! It's live, it's real! What is it? I'm glad you asked!

My novel is called Zada: The Legend of the Falcons. It's a space fantasy adventure story set on the planet Zada, a far-off planet wherein all the animals of Earth have found refuge, free to continue their evolution free of interference from humans. The planet has been at peace for a long time, but that peace is about to be threatened, as a race of conquerors sets its sights on Zada. It is then up to the inhabitants to band together to drive off this threat.

If you're familiar with the Redwall series, this is basically Redwall In Space. And also Redwall but certain species are not inexplicably evil. That always made me angry! Why can't a fox be the hero? The main character/hero of this story is a fox and it's partially in response to Redwall! If you liked Redwall but were bothered that certain animals were always evil, this is the book for you! Also if you like Star Fox, Star Wars, or Star Trek, you'd probably like it as well! Dragons? We've got 'em! Magic? We have that too! Talking animals? You betcha!
