In June 2023, I found out the hard way that I was Type 2 Diabetic: a test of my blood sugar in the doctors office came back as 384.
I am delighted to report that I have lost weight(255 during the pandemic to 227 now) and, due to changes in diet and exercise levels, have been classified as non-diabetic at my last metabolic test in August.
I still have work to do, but this is good progress. I will continue. Now back to your regular program.
