As of April first, of all days, my name is in literal Outer Space care of NASA! Like a year or 2 ago, my good friend Colby Hedgey and I signed a thing on the NASA website and got a "Boarding Pass" to be on the Artemis II when it launched, in the form of our names being inside the Rocket. 2 weeks ago at MegaCon, I got to meet the one and only WILLIAM SHATNER, CAPTAIN KIRK, and he signed my Book: Infinity Quest!! The original sci fi that I got self published!! He signed it, we talked, and I have a photo with him and Colby, and my book! He's one of MANY Star Trek actors I have pictures of with my book!! I'm some nothing nobody man, in an entry level retail job, and less than 100 book sales to my name, but I got to MEET the man who brought Captain Kirk to life, and my name is orbiting the Earth right now as we speak, for real, on an April Fool's day! Never in my wildest childhood dreams could I ever have imagined this moment, that these would be things I'd have to my name! I feel like I can move mountains! I feel like I've wasted so much time and I have to get another book out now!! I'm completely beside myself, full of emotions I have no name for, but honored, validated, and I want to share this moment of indescribable triumph, awe, and bewilderment with all of you: my friends, my loved ones!
