Terms of Service :

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Please read everything carefully before ordering.

PAYMENTS :

1. I only accept PayPal as a payment method.
2. Payment is required before I start working on your commission.
3. If you are unable to pay the full amount at once, installment plans are available. Please discuss this with me before I begin.
4. If installment payments are not completed, I reserve the right to cancel the commission.

What I Draw :

I offer both SFW and NSFW artwork.
I am comfortable drawing:
Furry
Anime
DND / fantasy characters
Original characters
NSFW content (consensual, adult characters only)
If you are unsure whether I will draw something, please ask first.
I do not draw illegal content or anything involving minors.

Turnaround Time :

1. My usual turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks.
2. Time may vary depending on complexity, queue size, or personal reasons.
3. If any issue comes up and I’m unable to deliver on time, I will inform you and explain the reason.

Revisions & Changes

1. Please provide clear references and details when ordering.
2. Small changes are fine, but major changes after I’ve started may not be possible or may require an extra fee.
3. Changes due to unclear instructions are the client’s responsibility.

Refunds & Cancellations

1. Refunds are not guaranteed once work has started.
2. If I am unable to finish your commission for any reason, we will discuss a partial or full refund, depending on how much work has already been done.

Usage Rights

1. Commissions are for personal use only unless discussed otherwise.
2. You may not resell, trace, or use the artwork commercially without my permission.
3. I reserve the right to post the artwork in my portfolio or on social media unless you request privacy beforehand.

Respect & Behavior

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission if a client is rude, disrespectful, or ignores these terms.
