Hi. Um...

I haven't been here in a long while. This is my first post since the passing of Dragoneer (R.I.P.) In fact, my first post since like 2022...

I didn't mean to drift away from the fandom I had grown to love, which helped shape the person I am and gave me so many great friends for so many years. But I feel like I got priced out of parts of the fandom that I enjoyed but are now too expensive (conventions, fursuiting) and just lost steam on creating art works for hours like I used to, only to either never upload it or get a couple likes on Twitter (which I don't use anymore... last time I posted here it was still called Twitter).

I may not be as young as I used to be, or as driven to make things for the simple fun of it, or as able to spend long periods of time on projects of passion. But I still want to consider myself a part of the furry fandom. I want to meet new friends still, share my art both new and old, get excited about creating again and give joy to others...

It's not too late, right? The furry fandom is still about that, right?

Am I just too far out of touch to belong?

Do I still have friends here who use this site and enjoy my art?

Or have I been left behind?

Anyways, I wanted to let you all know I'm still alive. Life is different now, but I'm still kicking. I still feel somewhat compelled to complete my art gallery here, to upload my past art for new viewers, especially since I can't upload anything new until I am done with that.

I still have a Patreon (barely), I still have things I want/need to draw. But I've been stuck on the same ideas for so long that I've just lost interest in completing them. I need something new and exciting. I need to rekindle the love of furry.

So, is anyone still here? And how have things changed in the last few years since I've been paying attention?

Oh yeah, and Happy 2026! What will be in store for us this year? Will any of my goals ever be completed? I guess we'll see, if someone is here to see it.

I remember I used to have so much fun being here, I had friends and fans, a small following, some folks who would recognize me at a con and want to take a picture with me... lots of laughs and smiles... those were some good times. ^^

Well I think it's time to get back to being a kick-ass cute sabermew tiggie-lynx like before! ;) Maybe it's the nostalgia, or the mid-life crisis kicking in, but I feel like I'm not ready to be done. I still have something of value to contribute here. I don't want to just fade away out of everyone's memory...

Hopefully I can still bring enjoyment to others through my art. I think it's still worth trying for.
