3 weeks agoOooooh goodness a Journal entry? It’s about that time and I’d love to get your takes on a few things. As you know I love drawing Game Overs, Furries fighting and paw based stuff. It’s super fun and I think I’m alright at it but posting online never really gets me any attention. Most of my socials. Dont worry, I’m going to try and not make this a “Woe is me, no one likes my art” sorta deal cause I’ve come to understand I’m niche. I’m also just an O-Kay Kink artist and it seems you gotta be damn good to break the mold. (Or just not be so niche)
I want to be better, I want to grow but I also don’t wait to compromise. Everything I draw I have fun doing. I’m sooo grateful for the people who commission me cause I honestly don’t know how much my art reaches people. Normally things like followers numbers or likes shouldn’t bother me but after a while it makes me think maybe I’m doing something wrong? Maybe I’m not good enough? My art style isn’t appealing? Maybe my stuff is just too weird?
All these things ring through my head and I push it aside to keep my sanity. I guess bottling it all up makes it come out in a journal.
I don’t like complaining and I have a hard to opening up about anything I’m going through cause it seems like unnecessary baggage to give out. (Like me even writing this feels cringe) but I’m pushing through.
You’ve heard from me, now I’d like to hear from you! What do you or would you like to see in my art. What do you enjoy the most? OC lore? More fanart? Or are things just fine and I’m completely overreacting. I’m bad at this whole opening up things but in the process of growth, I’d love to hear you.
