Payment:
-Payment should be sent within 24 hours of claiming your commission slot – unless otherwise worked out with the artist.
-You may reserve a slot, but if you do not get back to the artist by the arranged date, you will lose your slot.
-If you consistently fail to pay/cancel, or consistently arrange slots and then don’t get back to me, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me, and I will turn down any other commissions you request.
Content:
I WILL NOT under ANY circumstances, draw:
-Any characters under 18 in any adult situations – NO EXCEPTIONS.
-Any rape/non-con art
-ANYTHING that personally makes ME uncomfortable. (If you wish to know WHAT these things are please feel free to note me)
-Scat/vomit/urine related art
-Hyper/macro
I will generally refuse:
- Anatomically incorrect fetish material – half-anthro/characters with odd extremities such as ridiculously long muzzles.
- Nsfw things that make me uncomfortable.
-Will add more as I think of them
My artistic process:
- I will keep up with you on progress – I am currently job hunting so this takes up a lot of my time.
- Sometimes, my commission times vary – anywhere from a few hours to a few months – as expressed before, I will keep up with you to assure you that I have not forgotten.
REGARDING CHANGES:
-Everyone gets 3 changes during the sketching process - sometimes I’m more lenient and will give more in the case of personal error.
After the 3, it’ll be $5 per change. After I start lining, NO changes will be accepted. (This is why I give WIPS) No exceptions.
Streaming
- I can stream your picture being done, but being most of my sketching starts on paper, this is not an easy take
- Commissioners who are watching me stream that nitpick too much are subject to extra charges for more than 5 changes in a piece. The charges depend on the size of the change, and range between $2-5 per change.
- Commissioners with rude/sexually harassing/etc. behavior will be kicked from the stream without warning, and are subject to being blocked and refund will be provided.
Refund policy:
- I do not offer refunds, unless I PERSONALLY cannot finish a piece.
If a commissioner is being refunded because of their behavioral choices, I will keep a reasonable (only as much as the work I have done is worth) portion of the payment for the work that I have already done.
Refusal policy:
I reserve the right to:
- Refuse any commissions found to be violating these terms of service, or make me personally uncomfortable.
- Refuse service to clients who sexually harass or make rude comments towards me – the prior will result in an IMMEDIATE block, the latter will receive 3 warnings before blocking.
- Stop work on a commission if a commissioner is rude (again, 3 warnings) or sexually harassing (no warnings) and post what I’ve done up to that point, and revoke rights to posting it – see refund policy regarding the refunding for this work.
- Revoke posting rights if I find that you are – posting my work on sites other than Furaffinity without my permission, removing my watermark, editing my work in any way without permission, or not giving credit for my work.
Other important information:
ALL commissioners are expected to READ and abide by these rules. By SENDING PAYMENT, you are AUTOMATICALLY AGREEING to these rules! Whether you read them or not, they will be enforced.
I will update these as things happen, most of these rules came about from negative commission experiences.
I will notify via journal on Furaffinity every time these are updated.
