Here's a guide for my commission thought process. For now I will take 5 or so commissions at a time, which will be tracked and marked in a future journal entry.


For now, I currently use SQUAREUP only and will take payment upfront. I will email you an invoice, which you only need card or payment information to pay, no account needed. I will not start working on your commission until I received payment.


Experience: I graduated with a BFA in creative writing (focus on fiction) from one of the top 15th ranked writing programs in the United States. This means I essentially spent four years of my life learning the guts of storytelling, writing, workshopping, and editing fiction. In addition, I spent a year as an fiction editor for an international literary journal. I will use my education and professional experience to deliver the best possible story using what you give me! I have been writing fiction for the past 5 years, with a total of 10 years with creative worldbuilding experience. I specialize in fantasy and science fiction, but will write anything in any genre.

Send me as much information as you can provide! The who, the what, where, etc! Include as many details as you need. Have an outline for me? Great! Just have a character and a scenario? Also great! I'll follow your lead!

Once that's settle, I'll clarify the costs and what their for one final time, and then write up an invoice over on Squareup, which does not require any sort of sign up, just payment info! Nice and easy for you!

Once you pay, I'll get to work. I expect around a 7-14 day turnaround. Since payment is upfront, I will send you the first finished version of the story for you to approve or suggest changes. If you don't receive any updates or the finished story after 30 days I will offer a full refund (exception being longer or larger scale commissions). Regardless, I promise to keep communicating!



Payment (PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE):

I charge roughly by word count. 15$ per 1000 words. (FYI, on a double spaced document there are ~300 words per page). On average, most of my stories end up around 3000 words, which would then net about 45$ total cost. At 4000 words, the price would increase to 60$, and so on. It is totally fine to be unsure of your word count. It actually feels a little disingenuous to quantify a story that way. The creative process is all about adapting! If you are unsure, I will charge you an initial cost of 45$, reflecting the average length of one of my short stories. If the work goes above 4000 words, I will then request the remaining rate once you are satisfied, or refund a portion of the initial cost if it is under 3000 words. This is subject to change. When in doubt, just ask! I'm happy to work something out. I will ensure you completely understand the cost before requesting an invoice.


What I write:

I am very flexible and open to almost anything, SFW or NSFW. Fanfiction or original content. Longer stories or short works. If it is not listed below, please feel free to ask. This includes topics that I am not personally into or familiar with. I reserve the right to refuse any commission if I am not comfortable with it, but the worst I will say is no. I will not judge or shame, as that would be very hypocritical from a degenerate like me.

There are a few no-exception examples that I will not do NO MATTER WHAT.

Just because something is not on these lists does not mean I won't do it. Just ask!

I am open to doing stories from any and all fandoms (as of now). Obviously I don't know everything, so there may be a character or setting that I'm not well versed in. That's ok! I am open to researching it on my own or with your help! It just means that such stories will take longer to create.
