So since i was dumb i never actually had a terms of service, but after an influx of scammers & bad eggs in the fandom i thought it was time i did to protect my fluffy booty and to protect my decent customers.
-You must be 18+ to commission me, since that is PayPal age to make and use an account legally.
-MUST BE GOODS AND SERVICES
NSFW ART;
-NSFW art has a $15 fee above base price
-I will require proof of age for commissioning NSFW art.
-I have the right to refuse any commission ideas, as there are a fair few things im not comfortable with drawing.
Such as, but not limited to;
.Scat
.Rape theme
.genital mutilation
.Inflation
.Auto-erotic asphyxiation
-baby furs
GENERAL TOS;
-Payments are required to be via PayPal
-Payment are required to be in AUD
-Large items such as reference sheets/multi character art, can be paid off in two(2) payment plans
-Payment plans must be paid off in one(1) month
-Full payment is required for image full resolution to be sent
-Deadlines require at least a week for completion
-Deadlines require a $10 fee
-Major changes to commissions are allowed during SKETCH STAGE - changes requested after lining has began is considered a 'dick move' unless it is colouring
-WIPs will be sent via the site you commission me off
-Commissions can be kept private if i am requested to not post on social media
