You the buyer confirm upon purchase that you have read agreed to these terms.
You may resell or trade this and any of my designs at your leisure. What you do with your character upon purchase is none of my concern. You may add to the initial value of this design with art or fiction made by you or purchased since the original design purchase. Gifts and free art-exchange events such as art fight do not contribute to its value.
Without the addition of additional art or fiction, this design may only be sold for the price it was sold for.
You as a buyer of this design retain the right to use it in your personal works, but you do not retain full rights and do not have the permission to reproduce for profit. If you wish to create merchandise for profit based off one of my character designs, please first contact me for permission or negotiation as needed.
You the buyer confirm you are not using this design or any art entailed for N F T or the exchange of cryptocurrency. Doing so is a direct violation of my terms of service.

COMMISSION TOS
You, the buyer, confirm upon purchase that you agree to these terms.
Unless stated otherwise, I usually request payment before finishing commissions. Generally I have you sort out what you want, send the sketch, and require payment before moving any further. The exception to this is generally sketch or emergency commissions, where I may need payment upfront.
I prefer to use Paypal for my commissions currently, or occasionally ko-fi. I do have cashapp and square if needed, but I rarely use them except in irl vending events.
I give refunds upon request, usually partial in accordance to how much I've already finished. Full refunds are an option if literally nothing has been completed.
I likely will not be able to work on your commission right away. Please give me up to a month to finish your commission. If something comes up to delay me, I'll try to let you know as soon as possible. (Feel free to ask for screenshots, though I'll be honest I tend to do these in bursts so it'll usually go from having just the sketch to basically almost done fairly quickly.)
Extra characters are +half of the commission price. Ie if a chibi is $20, a chibi comm with two characters together could be $30.
Do not claim my art as your own. Pretty straightforward. You can re-upload my art if it was made for you/the commissioner gives you the go-ahead, just be sure to credit me directly when you do.
Do not use my art if you are not the commissioner or if it was not otherwise given to you by said commissioner (ie you received a character that the art was commissioned for/of, gift commissions, etc).
I reserve the right to all art produced for commissions, and you as the buyer do not purchase commercial right to repurpose the image for profit unless previously discussed otherwise. I can allow this if needed, but please bring it up when you're ordering the commission so we can discuss it.
Using my art to train any AI or repurpose for N F T or exchange of cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited. Doing so is a direct violation of my terms of service.
