The Blood Pack of 4
CHAPTER 1 - OPPOSITES ATTRACT
As I opened my eyes I was immediately welcomed to the scent of dried blood, urine, feces, and dust. "aaughh...my head..." I cried as I stood up, taking in my surroundings. Where was I? And more importantly, who knocked me out? I saw stairs leading up to a door in front of me, so I deduced that I'm in a cellar. This cellar had one big room, which I'm standing in, another room to the right of the stairs where provisions where kept, and another room to the left of the stairs. I took a step forward but was greeted with an intense pain from my leg. I looked down and saw my feet covered in blood. I also noticed that my paws were covered in blood. I looked around the room and saw a rusty old mirror in the corner. I limped over to it only to see my white fur soaked in red blood. The smell of it was revolting and it made my shiver. "Is this my blood?!" I gasped trying to get some fresh air. THUD! My whole body shook as I heard something fall from the room on the left of the stairs. I slowly limped my way towards the stairs (You thought I was gonna go investigate the noise right? Ha! You wish!) and once I got to the top tried the door. To my horror it was locked. I made my way back down to stairs to see if I could find a key. I went into the room that contained the provisions and searched around. I didn't find any keys or anything but I did end up knocking a vase over, as it shattered to the ground below. Just as it hit the floor two things happened. The first was that I heard another door upstairs bust open with the sound of someone running in and slamming the door shut. The second was me peeping my head back to the stairs to see another werewolf glaring at me, mouth foaming, and growling. I ran up the steps and pounded on the door.
"Is somebody in there?!" I heard on the other side of the door. He sounded like another werewolf!
"HELP ME!! OPEN THE DOOR!!" I howled as loud as I could.
"How do I know that your friendly?!" He nervously asked.
"I PROMISE I WONT HURT YOU WHOEVER YOU ARE, JUST PLEASE HELP ME!!" I bellowed as the rabid werewolf got closer and closer.
"Uhm...o-o-okay!!" The other wolf shakingly complied.
I heard him try the doorknob, but it was locked.
"I-It's locked!! A-A-And there's a-a k-keyhole!!" he said.
"Damnit! Uh, is there a key anywhere?!!" I shouted.
The wolf was getting closer and closer. So close that he could grab me. I pushed my back against the door ready to kick.
"I-I Found it! I think!" the other wolf on the other side of the door said. He rushed back to the door and inserted the key and it worked!! But just as I was about to run out the rabid wolf bit me by my right foots ankle, the foot that was hurt, and dragged me back down the stairs.
"GAH!!" I yelled as we tumbled down the stairs, hitting the rock-hard floor with a Crunch!. The air got knocked out of my body as this heavy of a beast landed right on top of me, claws digging into my broken ribs. I yelled out to the other wolf who opened the door, but he was gone! I kicked the rabid wolf as hard as I could and even slashed at its face, but nothing worked. It raised its right paw and brought it down onto my face, just missing my eyes. I lost all strength in my body and just succumbed to my fate. WHAM! Just as I was about to be devoured alive, a thick but sturdy pipe came down onto the beast's head, courtesy of the other werewolf that saved me. The beast went still as the other wolf and I ran up the stairs, out of the house, and as far as my broken legs could carry me until we collapsed onto the grass. We both sat there, out-of-breath, tired, me wounded, and slightly hungry. I looked over at the other wolf. He was about an inch smaller than me and has rich, gold fur. His eyes were blue and quite frankly he looked like a coward. I'm a wolf with snow-white fur with Green eyes and I'm also about 5 foot 10.
"Thank you for saving me," I said to the gold-furred wolf.
"N-No problem...," he replied.

As we trekked along a dirt road on our way to nowhere my wounds started to heal quickly. I am a werewolf after all! Along the road there was occasionally lamp posts with a few trees scattered along the sides. It was about midday and it wasn't cold but not hot either.
"So, do you know where we are?" I asked.
"No, but maybe North?" replied the gold furred wolf. I'll call him Goldie for now.
2 hours went by as we walked along the dirt road. We had 2 encounters with 2 angry humans who wanted to blow our heads off but we ran and hid each time. It started to become dawn and we were getting tired of walking. My stomach moaned from the lack of food and I really needed to relieve myself. One thing that we both had in common though was that we were hungry, so we ended up feasting on some wild Huckleberry's we found on the ground. Hope they're not poisoned. We walked and walked and walked. At one point we both stop to take a whiz as I per say really needed to. Then we walked, walked, walked, and walked. Finally we came across a nice little 2-story house.
"Think w-we can take refuge in there?" Goldie asked.
"I dunno, looks s--"
SCREEEEAM!!
I was cut off by a bloodcurdling scream and the sound of a gunshot followed by whimpering and growling.
"AHH!!! C-C-COME ON! WE G-GOTTA RUN!" Goldie shrieked.
"We can't just leave whoever got shot in there! We need to help them like you helped me!" I said, dashing into the house with a reluctant Goldie on my tail. We ran upstairs and into the room where we heard the gunshot and scream to find a black werewolf, two inches taller than me with sharp claws and fangs bared at a woman with a shotgun aimed right at his skull. He had a bullet in his chest. The second the woman saw us at the door she panicked and aimed at us. We instinctively put our hands up (pathetic, right?)
"Dont ya dare come any closer!" the woman yelled. "I know how to use this thang, ask him!" She point the barrell at the black wolf.
"YOUR GONNA CHOKE ON YOUR OWN BLOOD FOR SHOOTIN ME WOMAN!" the black wolf roared.
"LISTEN!!! Everyone stop! Me and Goldie are here to help, so please put the gun down and you," I said pointing to the black wolf, "you calm down and be nice!"
"Aw, Like hell he'd do that. I bet that feller wants to tear me to shreds the second his chance is due!" the woman said, barrel aimed at the black wolf.
"DAMN STRAIGHT!" the black wolf yelled, claws ready to tear into her.
"Yer kind are all the same, first ye Were's start killin us for no good reason, and then yuh three come to kill me?! Not happenin!" she yelled.
"Do we l-look like we're h-here to k-kill anyone?!" Goldie exclaimed. "W-We just want to help or be helped!"
"Well... now that I look at you..." she began, before the wardrobe behind her creaked open to reveal a little girl.
"Mommy! I'm scared. Are you ok?" she wept.
"Honey! I said to stay in there! I need to make sure you guys are safe!" the woman said.
"What? 'you guys'? DAMNIT GOLDIE AND SNOWTOP, I WAS IN FOR A GOOD MEAL!" the black wolf yelled at us.
"You two," the woman said to Goldie and me. "Calm that mutt down before I put it down and we can all talk."
"WHO YA CALLIN A MUTT B--," the black wolf roared before I took one quick lunge and swung at him, punching him square on the nose. He reared back and fell onto the floor, clutching his now bloodied nose and giving me a stare that let me know that my life expectancy just plummeted.
"Sorry, but you need to calm down! We can all help each other if you just sit and stop for a minute!" I yelled down at him. He looked at the woman holding the shotgun, then to Goldie, then back to me and nodded grudgingly.
"Fine...but if I'm not impressed or amused I'm killing all of you worthless pieces of trash!" he said before getting up and dashing downstairs. The woman lowered her shotgun and told the kids in the wardrobe to stay put and lead us downstairs.
"Phew! Thank you so much for not shooting us dead and stuff!" Goldie sighed. He seemed to have his stutters knocked out of him.
"Uh, yea...don't mention it big fella," the woman said.
We all sat downstairs at her table awkwardly. Three wolves and a human with kids? You'd be uncomfortable too! Anyways, she rested the gun on the side of her chair and sat in the chair at the far end of the table away from where us three wolves were sitting. We sat in silence for a few minutes, meeting each others gazes and having the black wolf mutter something under his breath every 10 seconds until finally the woman spoke up.
"The name's Mary," she said. "For the time being, nice to meet yall."
We didnt say anything mainly because we don't have names and because we didn't know what to say after that.
"...So... what's your guy's names, huh?" Mary asked.
"We aint got any punk," the black wolf growled.
"Uh, yea...he's right. Not to mention the fact that we all just met," Goldie said.
"Really? Yall aint part of the same pack? I thought that yall two heard me hollerin up a storm and came runnin to save your friend here or somethin. It was kinda weird when yall put yall hands up though," Mary explained.
"No, just met Goldie after I woke up in a cellar and almost got eaten by another wolf," I said.
"Too bad that didn't happen, I almost had dinner!" the black wolf reminded us.
Mary had a southern-western type of accent and kinda sounded like a cowboy. She had brown hair and white skin. She wore a light blue shirt with a white skirt with tanish shoes and long socks. She was about 6-7 inches shorter than me (she's a female human after all) and looked to be about to cross her 30's.
"Let me give ye Were's some names, is that ok?" Mary asked with a pitiful expression. She made me feel warm inside for some reason.
"Sure!" I said.
"That would be cool" Goldie said.
"I dont give two flyin turds about what you call us" you already know who said that.
"Well lets see. You white fur look smart and resource-ful, probably ask a lot of questions? I'll call you...Wyiot! (Why-it)" Mary said. Wyiot...I like that name!
"And for you golden retriever...golden...gold...Gol! Your name will be Gol! No offense but you look like a coward." Mary stated. (I knew it wasn't just me!)
"1. Gol is a nice name! I love it! and 2. None taken, I'm just easy to spook." Gol said.
"And for you black one who wants to rip out my throat...your as hard as coal so...yea! Coal is right!" Mary said.
"Ptew! Yea, whatever lady," Coal said.
"So where do you boys come from?" Mary asked.
"I dunno, abandoned by our packs at a young age," Gol, Coal, and I harmoniously said.
"Well I'm sorry to hear that...Where have yall been today?" Mary asked questioningly. She sounded like a mother scolding her child for going outside for hours and not coming back until after dinner.
"Wyiot and I just meet each other when I saved him from that beast at this one house we were in earlier today. Then we walked on this one dirt path for hours until we came here," Gol said.
"I was mindin' my own business in Narnia takin a wicked dump when I heard a deer calling for its mother. I chased it until I came here. You jerks know what happened next," Coal grunted.
"Did you even wipe?" snickered Gol. Mary and I couldn't help but chuckle too. Coal moved so fast that it looked like he just vanished in midair, but he was right behind Gol, holding him in a headlock.
"You make one more joke about me and I'm ripping your DAMN head off, GOT IT ASSHOLE?!" Coal yelled.
"GASP Y...YES SIR!!" Gol choked. Coal let go of Gol and returned to his seat, arms folded. We sat in silence for a minute or two as Gol regained his breath. Surprisingly, Coal was the one who broke the silence.
"I also met another good for nothin wolf out there before I came here. Got separated."
"Wait, really? Where?" Mary asked.
"What's it to ya? You gonna go save him or somethin?!" Coal growled.
"Maybe you three can go and look for him," Mary said. "He must be close right?"
"Well, er, yea. He's probably in that woods a few feet from here," Coal explained.
"Why don't you fellers go lookin' for that Were friend of Coal's and come back? While yall are gawn I'll make us up a supper," Mary asked.
"Wait, real food?!" I said. I couldn't contain my excitement as my tail started to wag. Gol also must've been excited because his tail was wagging as well.
"My! I'll say you fellers are hungry! So hurry on and go find him before me and the kids eat it all," Mary said taking ingredients out of her kitchen. I only know so much about the World because unlike any other wolf in this world, I can read and write. I studied English and human culture whenever I wasn't either looking for something to eat and being hunted. I did this by collecting books I found dropped on the ground on trails and abandoned houses and began to study the words in the books. Soon enough I could read and write.
"Psh! Yea, good luck. I don't want or need your pitiful help or food woman!" Coal yelled.
"Oh yea? then why's yer tail waggin up a storm blackjack?" Mary side-eyed him. We all looked to see his tail wagging away as he tried to stop it.
"How do we know that your not pulling anything funny or setting something up or something," Gol asked.
"Well the Four Lords always told all humans around the world to despise Were's with your life and to kill any ye see because they are mean, rude vicious monsters. But know that at look at you three, yes even you Coal, you don't look that harmless. Are all Were's as nice as yall?" Mary asked.
"Sorta. It's a bit of here and there and so and so," I said.
"Yall can trust me because I have nowhere to go and nobody but my kids with me right now. So please, go find yer friend and bring him here. And don't make me regret helpin' yall." Mary said.
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
We started off followed Coal as he led us, arms crossed, into the woods. The trees were green and the air was cool with the warmness of the sun beaming down on us. It was about sunset. Coal led us for minutes into the woods as we silently made our way to the area that Coal's friend went missing. Suddenly, Coal stopped. Gol and I stopped too.
"Ya know, you two are a real pain in the ass," Coal said, before turning around and pouncing on me, pinning me to the ground as Gol looked on in horror. Gol tried to kick Coal off me as I tried to as well, but Coal delivered one powerful punch to Gol's stomach and took him down. Gol went still and, after wheezing out all of his air a few times, went still.
"GOL!!!" I yelled, on the verge of tears as Coal exposed his claws and dug into my body. His hands were pinning my arms to the ground with his knees on my thighs. He bared his teeth down at me and growled, causing me to shiver and shake. His breath smelt like blood as drool landed on me. His fur was rough and jagged.
"First you interrupt me and cause me a 4 course dinner. Then you punch my nose. THEN, ON TOP OF THAT, YALL JOKE ABOUT ME?!" he roared as he began to punch me right in my head repeatedly. All of a suddenly my life flashed before my eyes as he gripped me by my throat and pulled me up, raising his fist.
"I should kill you two right here and NOW!" he screamed, bringing his fist to meet my face, sending me back to the ground. We all lied there, still, Coal on top of my stomach and Gol in a heap on the ground, probably very injured or worse. We sat like this until Coal got up. I expected him to walk away, but instead he offered me a hand. I didn't know what else to do, so I took it. He pull me up and took Gol and carried him over his shoulders and began to continue in the same direction we were heading. I followed.
"I needed to beat the ever livings out of you for payback, but killing you would make no difference," Coal sighed. I was too injured to speak, let alone walk.
"That Mary girl seems to be loving and caring, but who knows, she could be plotting to kill us. What do you think?" he asked, turning around to glare at me. I took a few deep breaths, cleared my throat, and said,
"...We...can...trust...her".
He glared at me for a few more seconds before turning around and muttering if you say so. We kept walking and as we walked I noticed that it was taking a while for my wounds to heal, a whole lot longer than usual. Suddenly, Gol woke up and took in a deep breath.
"Wyiot!!" he exclaimed, happy to see that I was, for the most part, ok.
Coal dropped Gol on the ground and continued walking as Gol got up and followed.
"All three of us need to split up and look for him. He should be somewhere around here, as he said if we ever split up he'll stay in the area where we last were or some shit. He's a gray wolf with a scar over his left eye and is about the same height as you, Wyiot. Meet back here in 30 minutes, no later," Coal said.
"How will we know that this is the exact spot?" Gol worryingly asked. Coal paused for a minute. Then he went over to a tree and started peeing around it. Gol and I were disgusted as the smell of his urine filled our noses.
"There. What's wrong pussy cats? Scared of some pee? No memorize the scent and let's go," Coal said before dashing off in one direction. Gol and I looked at each other and begrudgingly whiffed the scent until we had it memorized and started off in two different directions.

I kept running as fast as I could as the human with the loud shooter started chasing me. Where did that other black wolf go? I hope he's ok.... Another shot went off, causing me to cover my ears in pain. I have very sensitive hearing, so the gunshot rang in my ears, almost deafening me. I swerved across and around trees and even bent down to all fours to gain speed as I desperately tried to escape my pursuer. I didn't stop running and I never looked back. Eventually I came to a big rock-I mean, a really, really big rock! It has a carved out tunnel leading down into the ground. Is this a cave?
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Coal should be able to handle himself, but Wyiot is in pretty bad shape. I'm sure he'll be fine, but I'm kinda nervous myself. Anything and anyone could be out here and I'm not the strongest. I brushed some dirt off my golden fur and continued to look around the woods.
"Hello? Any gray wolf out here? I'm here to take you with us! We have food and Coal, the black wolf you were wolf, asked Wyiot and me to help!" I said.
I looked around nervously as I wandered off into the woods. All of a sudden my insides started to shift and my stomach began to groan. It was just hunger I was feeling; I needed to poop, like really bad. When Coal punched me it must of messed up my insides. I embarrassingly looked around and squatted next to a tree to do my business, then continued my search. At one point I stumbled across a lake. It was a big beautiful lake with crystal blue water. I dipped my feet in the water and it was warm. I used to water to clean myself off from the dirt and waste and continued my trek. I decided to walk around the lake towards a little shed I saw off the coast. Then I thought back to Wyiot and Coal and how we just met. It made me worry a bit. Are they ok? Will we be ok?
"I hope that we can all be good friends..."
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
"Is this a cave?" I asked myself as I limped toward the entrance, body still aching from being beaten up. There was a really big rock with a carved out entrance leading down underground. I was a bit nervous, mainly because I was shaking from the cold, wounds, and starvation I'm being forced to endure, but I made my way into the cave. If I was running from something or someone I'd hide in this cave because nobody would want to go into it. The cave was dark, big, and smelled like stone with a hint of...Wolf! I have a very good sense of smell and can tell the difference between things just by smelling it. I followed the scent of the wolf down into the cave. Left, right, forward, down, right, down, up, left, down, down. I was lead down deeper and deeper into the cave under I bumped into someone. I was knocked to the ground and I heard the other person I knocked into begin to panic
"W-Who are you?! Why are you here and what do you want?! I'm a Were and I'm not afraid to hurt you!" said the wolf. He had a funny accent. Japanese, was it?
"Don't worry, I'm here because we came looking for you. Remember that black wolf you were with earlier," I said. "I'm a wolf as well, by the way."
"I could hear you the second you entered the cave, but I didn't move because A. I can't see and B. I was scared," the wolf said sadly. I grabbed his hand and lead him out of the cave. The closer we got to the surface, the more I could see what he looked like. He was just as Coal described, a gray wolf, same size as me, scar on his left eye.
"So, you know that helpful but mean jerk?" the gray wolf asked.
"Yea, we met when me and Gol, another wolf, found him about to kill and eat this human named Mary. She had children so we saved them," I responded.
We continued to walk back to the tree where Coal peed. The scent, even though very far, still annoyed me.
"Thank you for helping me," the gray wolf said. "I hope we all can get along!"
I nodded back to him with a grin and we continued back to the tree. At one point I found two sticks and picked them up and posed like a ninja, pretending to be dual-wielding two swords. This gained the approval of the gray wolf and he laughed as I hit myself trying to be cool. When we finally arrived back to the meeting spot, Coal was already there.
"Coal! Look who I found!" I said leading the gray wolf to Coal.
"Wow, Whoopdy fuckin do, your alive! How unfortunate," he said, even though it was clear that he was glad that he survived.
"Long time no see. Thanks for coming to look f--"
The gray wolf's ears pricked up and turned to look to Coal's right. We asked him what happened but he shushed us. Seconds later we heard what he was hearing; footsteps. We took a defensive stance around each other, ready to beat the life out of whatever was about to approach us, when Gol appeared, delighted to see us. He ran over to give me and Coal a hug then introduced himself to the gray wolf, and we continued back to Mary's house.
"Hey, uh, guys?" Gol said. "I saw this lake earlier and on the other side of the lake was a cabin. In the cabin was a window and when I looked through the window I saw Coal scratching a tree, but-"
"I was never at a lake..." Coal said, horrified. "How did you know I actually scratched a tree though punk?!"
We all went silent, but kept walking.
"Maybe Gol is Superman, but is a coward and has good vision," I joked.
We all chuckled, even Coal, to an extent.
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
"Welcome back boys," Mary greeted to us. "Dinner's just about done--Hey, you! Your a new face! Do you have a name?"
"What is a name?" the gray wolf asked.
"Heh, you have a funny accent there feller, we'll call ya Genjo," Mary piped.
"Genjo...I like it!" Genjo replied.
"Sorry woman, but we wont be eating any of your poisoned food today! I'd rather eat my own shit than eat your food," Coal rudely said.
"Well it's yall funeral," Mary said, about to dump all the food she made into the trash.
"NOOO!!!" Gol, Genjo, and I yelled. "WE'LL EAT IT, WE SWEAR!"
I was so hungry I was about to cry. Mary just smirked and put the food back on the stove. Just then one of Mary's kid's toys rolls on the floor and hit Gol's ankle. It was a toy train from one of those wood train and track toy kits. The three kids, who Mary told us that there names were Henry (oldest son; 7), Mika (oldest daughter; 5), and isaac (youngest; 3) looked like they ae about to cry as they looked at their tracks, broken and in need of repair.
"O-Oh! Don't cry! It's ok! Can I help you guys put it back together?" Gol asked in a kind, caring voice while smiling down onto the children. The three children looked at each other then back to Gol. smiled, and nodded their heads.
"While Gol over there is entertaining the kids why dont yall three come sit on down and talk to me about Genjo here," Mary demanded.
After us filling Genjo in on what happened and Genjo filling us in on how he was just like us, abandoned by his pack at a young age, we had a real conversation after normal things such as hobbies, interests, and some hygiene problems (We don't smell, but we could use a trimming).
"Before we go to bed I'm combing and washing all you boys. Yall as dirty as a pig after playin in the mud," Mary stated.
"You touch me and I bite your hands off lady," Coal growled.
"I'd like to see you try," Mary and I said together, menacingly.
"Hey honey I'm ho-"
The man who had opened the front door paused, looked at Gol playing with the three kids, and withdrew his shotgun aiming it directly at Gol.
"GET AWAY FROM MY CHILDREN MUTT!" the man roared. Gol peed himself out of either fear, shock, or a mixture of both, and then put his hands up.
"AHHHHH! SIR, PLEASE DONT HURT ME!!" Gol cried.
"Joe! Calm down! These Were's are friendly! They din't hurt the children at all! As a matter of a fact Wyiot and Gol saved me from Coal here earlier," Mary explained.
"Yea, lucky for them because I was one second away from a feast," Coal barked.
Mary and I explained everything about everyone and how we met and all that yadda yadda whatever. Joe is about 10 years older than Mary. He was a big, strong, bulky man with the same skin as Mary. He had a gray beard and wore a plaid red shirt with buckles and a suspender. He had on jeans and tannish mountain boots, same color as Mary's. After Gol, Coal, Genjo, and I introduced ourselves and after Mary cleaned up Gol's discharge (which he apologized for, so surprise) we ate dinner. It was the best thing I ever tasted, considering the fact that I haven't really eaten anything today besides those huckleberries. It was spaghetti and meatballs with a side of potatoes. Joe, Mary, Henry, Mika, and Isaac laughed at Gol, Coal, Genjo, and I because we didn't know how to use tableware and dug our snout's into the bowls. It was kinda funny. As promised, after dinner Mary took a stool, comb, brush, and gooey like substance and took Gol to comb out his fur. At first we though she was joking but she was dead serious, saying some we aint havin no raggedy lookin boys in this household.
"OW OW OW!!! AUGHHH!!! SHE'S KILLING MEEE!! HELP!!!" Gol screamed. We all looked at him trying to escape Mary but she had him tight. We were all laughing so hard it was comical.
"Stay still would ya? It'll be faster and easier if you just stay still darnit!" Mary suggested.
At one point Gol escape Mary's clutched and tried to make a run for it, but Mary just up and tackled him down. I mean, football style tackled. And Gol was fast! That woman can run! Next was Coal's turn and Genjo, Joe, and I had to hold Coal down as she brushed him because with every stroke Coal tried to lunge at her. Gol wept in the corned as the three kids crawled all over him, laughing, even though he knew he felt better. He calmed down a bit when it was my turn. It was weird at first and I did shriek a few times (especially when she brushed my tail and butt) but I was a good boy, and the same can be said for Genjo.
"Aww, it's almost like your our real mother and father," Gol spoke up.
"Well, I never put it that way before," Mary said, taken aback by Gol's claim. We all felt the same way in a way, even Coal blushed a bit.
"Whatever! I'm leaving! See you sorry loads never!" Coal retorted, opening the front door and taking three steps outside. He was about to take a fourth when a loud, CRACK! sent him scurrying back inside as the rain fell from the sky accompanied by a white flash. He put his back against the door, breathing deeply, looking as scared as ever. Isaac, his little self, went over and hugged Coal by his leg.
"It ok tu bee scared, I scatred of tuh thundah too!" Isaac chimed. We all laughed
"WHAT DID U SAY U LIL SHIT? SCARED OF THUNDER? ILL SHOW YOU!" he said as he opened the front door and stormed outside, screaming profanities left and right at the 'thunder'.
"Coal ye miserable wretch you, get yo rear back in this house before I have to comb ya again," Mary scorned. Coal reluctantly complied.
Mary set up some blankets and pillows on the floor, and after Genjo, Gol, and Coal , made a laughing stock of themselves trying to figure out how to actually lay on their make-shift beds it was lights out and time for bed.
"Mommy, we want to sleep with Uncle Gol!" "Ya momi, can we pwease!!" "We'll be good children!" Henry, Mika, and Isaac cooed.
"...uncle...?" Gol beamed.
"Ok, ok you little troublesome kids. You can. But if I catch yall interrupting their sleep its back upstairs to bed! Yall hear?" Joe warned
"Ok!" The three children piped, hugging Gol and squeezing the life out of him like he was a teddy bear.
"Mary, I'll stay down here to make sure the kids go the sleep, and I mean all of ya," Joe said looking at each and every one of us.
"Good call gramps, you might've woke up with 3 missing children," Coal growled, burying his head into his pillow.
"Hey, Mary?" I asked.
"Yea?" Mary replied
"Thanks so much for your help," I said. "Tomorrow all four of us are going to change the world."
