I have a question to the masses here.

I have an artist that has not delivered me art in the past year and a few months. I paid for the service and it has not been rendered. So how do I go about trying to get my money back? At this point it makes no sense. I had two instances of this and one of them immediately course corrected and I completely praise them for their speed and I was more willing to work with them due to life stuff.

Now this other one has kept quiet. Has essentially mostly ghosted me. No wips in the past year and few months so what do I do at this point?

I am just essentially at the end of my patience. I have no room for disappointment because I have come to expect these kind of outcomes too often now. but what say you nerds? How could I go about trying to get my cash back? I am sure if the person does refund it, I will have to hold it for 6 months in the event they try a charge back of whatever to try and stab me in the back but I am just not sure what to do.

I am generally very easy going but come on, I paid for a service. I cannot render understanding and flexibility if you ghost me.
