TERMS & CONDITIONS

Upon recieving a design made by me, I will assume that you have read those rules. If you did not and later realize you do not agree with something here, that will be your own fault as it is your responsibility to read through before agreement.
Ignoring and/or breaking the rules can result in blacklisting.
All sales are final : I will not issue refunds. If you don’t want your design anymore, please refer to the “reselling and trading” section below.
Reposting and crediting :
-Only the owner of the design is allowed to repost the art.
-You MUST credit me with a clickable link (not just my name) when reposting my art.
-You don't have to credit me for the design when you commission/draw it, especially if it's not a closed specie. Doing it for closed species is appreciated, but not mandatory.

Editing :
-You are allowed to edit the design to an extend (gender, haircut, changing some markings and/or a color or two...). Drastic edits or full color swaps are not allowed.
-You are not allowed to change traits on closed species (this includes rare traits, traits that are not typical to the specie, or removing what makes them distinguishable). Edits to closed species must be run by me for approval.
-You are not allowed to edit my art. That means you can't draw/color over it and will need to draw/commission a separate pic to show the changes. This includes clothing edits.
-You can add text or watermarks, as long as my signature is not covered. I must still be credited for the art and you should keep an unedited version somewhere. Note : This rule applies only to adopts, not illustrations. You are not allowed to maky any change to these (excl. watermarks).
-You are allowed to change the specie and/or give them alt forms as long as the overall look stays the same, but you still need to credit me as the creator of the original design. Alts cannot be resold/traded/gifted separately. For closed species, specie change is not allowed. Alts are fine.
-You can make a twin for a non-closed specie, but you are not allowed to resell/trade the designs separately. Making a twin for your design from a closed specie is not allowed.
Reselling and trading :
-Trading my designs is allowed.
-Reselling is allowed for the price you paid. You are not allowed to sell it for more if it doesn't come with art that you paid for (make sure that the artist is okay with you adding the value of their art to the sale) or made (don't be ridic and stick to your commission prices). -Freebies, gifts and art trades can't add monetary value.
-Designs obtained via trade cannot be resold or vouchered.
-Designs obtained for free cannot be traded unless (not free) art has been added, but only for the value of the added art. They cannot be resold or vouchered.
-If a design has alts, a twin… Etc. They must all be included. You cannot part with them separately or keep some.
-You are not allowed to auction my designs or put them for offer higher than what you paid.
-You must provide the new owner with the original, unedited file(s) of the design.
-You must explicitly tell the new owner that I am the designer so they can credit me properly.
-Once you part with one of my designs, you must remove my art from any of your galleries, to avoid confusion of ownership.
-You are not allowed to request that the new owner doesn’t part with the design.
Restrictions :
-My designs should not be used in content featuring underage pornography/sexualized minors, incest, inflation/hyper, vore, pee/scat/diaper/etc., fart/skunk, emetophilia, “snuff”, zoophilia/feral porn/bestiality or hate speech.
-I reserve the right to refuse selling to anyone I feel uncomfortable owning my designs.
Commercial use :
Obtainment of my designs DOES NOT include commercial rights. NFT are strictly prohibited.
