I'm a twenty-something who's spent most his time wasting it. I used to dream about being a concept artist, and then something happened. Perhaps I forgot.
So here I am, looking for my legs. Unsolicited critique, commentary, or comradery of any kind is more than welcome.
Personal reminder of what I'd like to get good at drawing:
Realistic anatomy, manimals, dogs, bones, cosmic horrors, tragic adventures, believable expressions. Art.

So it's time for a reboot.
I'm trying to get finances in order, but in the mean time, I'll be getting back in to art and writing.
Without a consistent computer at the moment, but I should be able to have a semi-steady flow of digital artwork up and going. Mostly sketches and crappy things for now, but I'll work the kinks out.
I'll be following some artists closely, as a matter of convincing myself to draw if not for inspiration of what makes them great. :3 So if you get a +watch, check back in a week or two.
That said, if anyone wandering across this has any brush/settings suggestions for simple sketching and linework in Photoshop CS5, leave a comment. I'm still tinkering. Thanks!
