I was recently asked about commissions. While I am flattered someone out there likes the crap I put out there enough to ask about that, I don't consider myself a commission otter.

First of all, I don't think my writing is good enough to charge people for it.

Secondly, even if it was, I have no idea how I would put together a rate structure for it

in addition to those items, writing is really something I do for myself, it allows me to escape for a while, go into a fun world inside my head and work on improving my writing style and abilities. I don't think I would enjoy it as much if I found myself feeling like I needed to write instead of wanting to write. Also, I know sometimes I can get some bad writer's block, the real world becomes bothersome, etc etc and I don't want someone to have to wait on that. Finally, I am my own biggest critic, things people tell me are really good or amazing I look at and say, "what was I on thinking that was good?" and if I am taking money from someone that critical part of me is going to be on overdrive.

So, at least for now, commissions are a no no, but I am always open to suggestions for the Bath House Tails project I am working on (which I am aware I am behind on my update schedule for, I know I have some watchers who have been enjoying this series and I am sorry for that, long story that isn't appropriate here) or I may work out something where I can input someone's character into a piece I am working on for a small fee...I don't know...

Anyway, while I am sure there aren't many who are even interested in commissioning me, there's at least one and usually where there's one there's at least a couple more (dear gods Harley do not break out into Just One Person) so I thought I'd just get this information out there
