Yeah, OK, I've removed my art from here.

I've seen one too many pedo pics on the front page.

They say in the forums they're thinking about instituting a filter that allows you to block viewing that shit, but that doesn't make me feel any better:

1. That only works if the artist acknowledges that their work is pedophilic in nature; many of them won't, saying "it doesn't matter, it's just drawn art, no one's getting hurt" and/or "it's a drawing, you can't prove it's underage."

2. The site acknowledges it exists and allows it in the first place. The idea of being associated with a group of people who joyfully accept EVERYTHING, up to and including pedophilia, makes my skin crawl. No, just because one person enjoys drawn art of a baby fox getting raped doesn't mean that same person would enjoy it if it were to happen to a real-life child. But there are those who would. I can't be comfortable with it.

I will say I was unaware of the influx of pedo art when I joined up here, otherwise I wouldn't have. I can't, in good conscience, let my crap art stay here.

So yeah. Many tears were wept, yadda yadda.
