Conceived on Risa, but born on Earth in the year 2357, M'trasi had starfleet blood in him from the beginning. His father was a human working an engineer on the Constitution class USS Greensboro, and his mother was a Caitian working on the same ship as a tactical officer. M'trasi grew up in Seattle before enrolling in Starfleet academy at the age of 16, wanting to follow in his parents' footsteps and help out with the dominion war. Unfortunately, his parents would be killed when several breen ambushed their ship and destroyed it, killing all personnel on board.

M'trasi's training cruise took place a year after the end of the dominion war in 2376. due to his exceptional performance, he was assigned as first officer. His training cruise would be interrupted by a borg attack. M'trasi's actions proved vital in saving a majority of the crew, allowing his training ship to survive until the USS Voyager arrived to assist. M'trasi was given exceptional commendations, and graduated starfleet academy with high praise from many notable starfleet admirals.

in the year 2380, at the age of 23, M'trasi was assigned to the USS Cerritos as an ensign. There, he met Bradward Boimler, Beckett Mariner, D'vana Tendi, and Samanthan Rutherford. He also became friends with Doctor T'ana, as both were relieved to have another caitian on the ship. He didn't achieve anything of notability, merely assisting where needed and helping his friends, usually filling in for Boimler when he was on the bridge.

By the year 2409, M'Trasi had been promoted to Captain, and was the commanding officer of the Sovereign-Class USS Pursuit. This starship was very different from others in the class, as the computer had become sentient due to an anomaly that affected the ship's systems. Fortunately, this awakening resulted in a friendly ship who was more than happy to help her crew, even being able to control herself in the event the crew was unable to. The Pursuit eventually developed a strong affection for her captain, creating an avatar for herself to use in the holodeck.

In the year 2412, the USS Pursuit was destroyed when all of her crew were abducted by a borg cube above earth. Pursuit took control of herself and armed all of her armaments, including her recently fitted thermionic torpedoes. The accompanying USS Enterprise F and USS Voyager managed to beam the crew out. M'trasi could only look in horror as his ship crashed herself into the borg cube, all of her weaponry creating a massive explosion that took out the cube, with her last transmission being "I love y-" followed by silence.

In the same year, M'Trasi was given command of a new ship due to losing his own ship and closest companion. This ship was the newly commissioned Enterprise G, a Cait-Class starship named for the Caitian homeworld. Built specifically for M'Trasi, the Enterprise G had all the comforts befitting a caitian captain, but M'trasi still wasn't happy. he missed his old ship and her living, loving computer. While he was proud to fly the federation's flagship, it just didn't feel right without the sweet voice of his old ship's computer. To him, the enterprise computer sounded cold, lifeless, and mean. His bridge crew now comprised of his friends from the cerritos, with the exception of Mariner, whom he placed in the lower decks, as she always was the most comfortable there.

Samanthan Rutherford took leave for a month, without giving much explanation than "my friend needs me." soon, his other bridge crew took leave one by one. M'trasi felt hurt, thinking his friends now disliked him. He would be corrected, however, when he was summoned to earth spacedock, and was presented with another ship. An archon class starship, a progression of the Sovereign class, named USS Pursuit. M'trasi beamed aboard to find his bridge crew waiting for him. Upon accessing the computer, he was shocked to hear a familiar voice say "Welcome back, captain". It was his old ship's computer. Rutherford explained that he took leave to see if the original Pursuit had any federation backups. He found that the computer core had survived the explosion, and after an extensive rebuild that required the help of the other former lower deckers, the Archon Class Pursuit was built. M'Trasi was overjoyed, and his fur was quickly being stained with his happy tears.

M'trasi still pilots his ship along side his friends and living computer. These are the voyages of the Starship Pursuit. Her continuing mission: to settle conflicts. To Seek out adventure. To boldly go where nobody else has dared.
