You were my hero, you were my idol,
Never had I imagined you were suicidal.
You thought me how to eat and talk,
Yes, even how to walk.
You have been here for me for 17 years
Its hard to imagine that you are now gone
My cheeks are daily filled with hundreds of tears.
But don't worry about me dad,
because it makes me glad,
to think about you're in a better place.
I'm looking forward to again see your beautiful soft face.
