General rules:

This TOS can and will be updated as necesary, adding or editing information to make the rules more defined. The commercial use fee can change at any point if I so decide, please be aware of this when purchasing a design.

Payments:

Paypal only, 100% upfront. No payment plans accepted for now.

Personal Use:

Edit, sell, trade, gift, do whatever you'd like with the design.

You can create new outfits, change the design colors, hairstyle, make of the design what you'd like.

Commercial Use:

One-time fee will be needed before the design is used commercially. You can ask to pay for the fee after purchasing the design, but you can't use the design commercially until the commercial fee is paid.

The commercial fee is a set price of $100 USD.

Other information:

My designs can't be used to train AI or re-sold/trade/gifted by someone who isn't the current owner of the design.

For reselling you can put the price you wish, be it with new images/content added to the character as a whole or as-is. I do ask to please use Toyhouse implemented character transfer to make the owner history more accurate and understandable.

Commissioning me a design made by me will give you 20% off my commissions price, no matter if you are the first owner or not.
