For the first 3 tiers, each additional character adds 25% of base price. Two characters would add a total of 25%, Three characters would add a total of 50%, Four characters is the max and will be 75%. Any more past that limit and the rates will double.

For the last 3 tiers, an additional character will be double the price. Every extra character (up to 4) will be 50% of base price each. Each character past the limit will be 75% of base price each.
