So this is a little list of the terms and conditions we work by, please read it before ordering.


-Basically YCH are posted here, the basic rules and details are always written in the post
-As a rule, first I will send you the sketch and work with the edits, and only after that you pay for your order
-Payment is accepted only on PayPal
-WARNING: my Paypal is tied to Ukraine, and because PayPal is new to us, it does not allow to send funds as "payment for goods or services" yet, which means that you can send funds only as a personal payment ("Family and friends"). Please keep that in mind, and sorry for the inconvenience about this
-You cannot cancel your order and request a refund after the sketch has been approved and payment has been made
-You also cannot request a refund if the work is well done, but you are not happy with it for whatever reason
-If there is a serious delay in the timing, you can expect compensation in the form of an additional small art (let me know about that if you want to take advantage of it)
-Payment can only be refunded if I can't do your work for whatever reason
-Please be polite and patient and if you have any complaints just let me know and we will find a compromise
