GENERAL TERMS

Please write in clear and nice manner. English is not my native language and I appreciate short, neat descriptions and image references.
I am opened for questions, so if anything is unclear to you please do not hesitate to send me a direct message with your questions.
If you fail to follow the rules provided, I have the right to decline your commission.

Type of my drawings: BUST; HALF; FULL body. Colored, cell/soft shaded, cell/soft highlights. Backgrounds guaranteed.

When reposting any works, please give me a proper credit, and ensure that you keep my watermark intact and unaltered!
Payment is required prior to working on your commission.
Characters in NSFW commissions must be 18+.
If you do not have a clear reference material for the character, but only a description of it, I can start working on it, provided that you have a clear written detailed description and you are ready for an additional surcharge.
I work at a streamlined pace, so I generally do not send out WIPs. If you'd like to see a WIP please ask, I most certainly can, but it is only supplied if requested ahead of time as they are not included! If you request to see a WIP, keep in mind that the basic turnaround time does not include your response time.
If your character(s) has a very complex coloring, clothing, accessories, etc. I can increase the price of work.
The customer will receive all versions of art (if any) in full size + web size.

How to use commissions
RIGHTS OF THE AUTHOR AND THE CUSTOMER

◇ Rights of the author:
The copyright on the final art belongs to me. I have the right to place on the art signature with my nickname and other info, to place the final art in my own gallery on other resources, to use the final image in other projects, artbooks, portfolios, etc.
I have a right to post/not post all commissions unless commissioned privately, private commissions cost extra and must be discussed beforehand.
I do not provide work files at the time. (Layered PSDs)
I have a right to refuse some commission ideas! Feel free to contact me if you're curious about anything.

If you would like me to hold off from posting your commission in the case of a surprise gift, request the delayed posting ahead of time and let me know how long I will not be posting the artwork. If you don't specify a date to withhold posting the artwork and you fail to communicate/let me know when I can post the artwork after 48 hours from the commissions' delivery I can then post the artwork.
By commissioning me you are agreeing that you have rights to commission artwork of your chosen character. I hold no responsibility to determine whether or not you have the rights, if an issue arises you must discuss it amongst one another. No refunds or edits will be made if you did not have rights to use the character you commissioned.

◇ Rights of the customer:
The customer has the right to use the image in any non-commercial purposes. FA version of the image is intended for public use, full size image for personal use! I retain the rights to the images I draw, to display and use as I please which may include as prints, book collections, while you still retain rights to the character, and you are allowed to use your image in any personal way, but not for commercial purposes unless otherwise discussed.

What I draw

◇ Acceptable:
Original Characters: Furries (anthro); Any gender.
Any sexuality or romantic orientation; Adult (NSFW) Content; Artistic nudity.

◇ Unaccepted:
I won't accept commissions for a character that is intended to be (or appear) underage in a sexual situation. All characters must be 18 years of age or older in any NSFW artwork.
I'm always interested in trying something new, so I have no clear limits on what exactly I am NOT drawing. But I have the right to deny you a commission if I understand that I will not cope with the work or I dislike this or that kind of fetish.
Honestly just ask me whether or not I'll draw it if you're unsure about anything. I'm more than happy to answer questions.

Payment

◇ PayPal only!
I accept payment in USD only. $
All commissions must be paid in full up front. Only after that I start work. Payment is required in full before being placed on queue.
You will be added to my queue as soon as you've verified that payment is sent, you will not be queued up until you've notified me, and your turnaround does not start until you've notified me.
Payment plans are only available to regular customers with prior discussion/approval.

Refunds are available if image is not started, or for some reason I absolutely cannot finish the work.
If you request a refund at any time, you will be temporarily blacklisted from commissioning/trading with me/being able to receive free art or rewards from me.
All refunds will be subject to a small fee to cover the paypal fees that I'd be losing. This is simply so I don't lose anything from the transaction outside of time. The fee is based off of how much will be lost in the refund process. I am not earning anything from this, I just will not pay the cost of refund, the commissioner must. Thank you for understanding.

EDITS

I will do everything I can to make sure that you are satisfied with your artwork, however after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
I am more than willing to make edits to your commissions, however, if you request an edit for something that was not initially discussed/not accurately portrayed in your reference material, you may be subject to a small fee for the adjustment. Edits can be made up to 72 hours after the commission is delivered, anything past that may be subject to a small fee. If there is an issue, please contact me as soon as you can. I am more than happy to work on your requested edits, as needed!

◇ Cases to edit: such as small color changes, marking mistakes, little objects.

◇ Edits I do not allow: Anything against my TOS, no major edits that change the nature of the artwork (No retracing into another style, photo manipulation, structure changes, emote changes, etc).

Creating extra files, whether it be something that must be drawn extra, edited or just removed, takes extra time and therefore increases the commission cost.
Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Also if your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

COMMISSION ◇ AUCTION ◇ TRADE

◇ Commission
Commission wait time: My turn around time for regular commissions is 2 days - 2 weeks! Mostly depends on the queue, but other reasons: order of commission, complexity, health or family issues. If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.
You will not be added to the queue until you notify me that payment is made so I can verify!

◇ Auction
If you must cancel your purchase or remove a bid from an auction, I allow it provided you let me know before.
Auctions must be paid within 48 hours after the auction ends, contact me if there's any concerns.
Please contact me AND the previous bidder if you need to retract your bid, otherwise you may be blacklisted from purchasing/receiving any artwork from me.
If you break any auction rule, you will be temporarily blacklisted from commissioning/trading with me/being able to receive free art or rewards from me.

◇ Trades
IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE YOUR PART OF A TRADE you will not be able to commission me or participate in any free art opportunities, or anything along those lines.

Process of creating standard commission:
STEP 1: We discuss details and set up the price.
STEP 2: You send payment to my Paypal.
STEP 3: I make the artwork.
STEP 4: You get the finished artwork!

ToS:
I can blacklist you for any amount of time upon breaking the rules of my ToS. It is of my own discretion and based on my comfort to continue work with you.
You must agree to my ToS to commission me. By sending payment for your commission you are agreeing to the ToS.
