Hiya all! So yesterday (Saturday afternoon) I stumbled across an issue with my Macbook Pro (late 2013, retina) where it suddenly stopped charging, but wouldn't deplete if a charger was plugged in. Now silly me at some point forgot to bin my first, broken, hit/miss charger which ocasionally worked but well, really didn't.

I had them both plugged in next to each other (new and old, broken charger) just to see if it was a charger issue or not, and I soon realised it was down to the battery. I got out my refurbed Asus I got from a great seller from Ebay a few months ago and plugged it in....taking out the working mac plug by accident and only realising when my Mac dropped to 3%! It well and truly died on me, so off I went to Amazon....

Looked about different macbook batteries - nearly bought the wrong type - which generally were £25 - £35, not bad right? Realised I needed one for the late 2013 model... which were £49 and up. Thankfully I was able to afford one and also THANKSSSS to my mum for giving me some money towards - and it's coming today (thanks, Amazon Prime).

I am pretty nervous about fixing it though it looks very fiddly and scary x__x

If anyone hears crying from a distance it'll be me 'cause I messed up the fixing process. I hope to be able to get it fixed today and get back to doing some art for people though :3
