You don't even have to be maternal (characterwise)

Macro (Building sized at most, like NYC buildings)

Belches/Farts (obnoxious belches that turn lips into Friggen drapes in the wind and deep farts that sound like a tuba on steroids, maybe cloud aftermath, any kinda cloud)

Just big fat ladies/Men overall)

Transformation (animal, monster, object, bigger appearance, gender)
