The Fat Bunny Trading Card Game is a fun project for both artists and collectors alike!
It is loosely based on the Pokemon TCG battle system but is geared more for collectibility than functionality.
Our gallery showcases official cards and our favorites feature non-official cards.
Non-official cards have a cold-gray backdrop and are not eligible for sale by artist.
In the game, there are two types of bunnies. LAZY BUNNIES and BUSY BUNNIES
Cards with a warm gray backdrop and carrots as energy are Busy. Cards with a dusty yellow backdrop and chzbrgrs as energy are Lazy.

I AM AN ARTIST AND I WANT TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE DECK:
* Official Cards are made and sold by individual artists.
~ Non-official Cards are made by individual artists for fun and are not for sale.
Openings for both types of cards are closed at this time but will be opening starting August 1st, 2013!

Do you want to make a Fat Bunny Card for yourself? You've come to the right place and the right time! For everyone who would like to make their own non-commercial in-house cards, we have a non-official template that you can use!

Included in the Dropbox folder is the guidelines that official fat bunny card makers are following just in case you want to make your card as functional as the official cards.
TEMPLATE RULES:
1.] You can use the template for fun!
2.] You may commission someone to make you a card. The characters can be original or a bunny version of fursonas- Take it and run with it!
3.] You may NOT SELL prints of the cards you make. The template is marked non-official and it is not for resale.
4.] If you don't like this template, design your own for fun!
FAT BUNNY CARD CONTEST:
This year, we are going to pick the most creative 3 non-official cards to invite to the official deck. (this means if your card gets picked, it becomes official and therefore you can sell it to collectors!)
START= From the time of this journal posting
END= EXTENDED TO: September 1, 2013 12pm EST
WHAT THE JUDGES WILL LOOK FOR:
1.] You must use the non-official template given. We want to see cards that can function (minor adjustments allowing) with the official cards.
2.] PG rating...though, that doesn't mean we won't consider adult jokes :) But this isn't Furoticon.
3.] Creativity and unique characters. Fursona bunnies are awesome....but what else can you come up with?
4.] You may submit more than one entry.
5.] The fat bunny should be an original character drawn by you. It should not be someone else's character and it should not be commissioned by a different artist. It has to be your creation.
6.] You MUST read the FAQ before submitting entries to the contest. We have ways of telling whether you did or not. ;D
WINNERS WILL RECEIVE:
A feature on the Fat Bunny Agenda Page!
An invite to the official deck!
