Bad news, worse news, then some Good news

bad news is, i found out that what im doing is extremely illegal. i can make the music, but i cant sell it for a profit unfortunately, because i dont make the tunes myself, i have help from a music maker and premade loops. it doesn't matter if i've altered the sounds or if i've made almost all the beats myself with individual sounds. This leads to the worse news.

Worse news: I'm going to stop trying to make a career out of this. its a stupid idea and i live in a deadend town where im never going to get recognized. California or new york would be different. But i'm not going to move all the way across the US, spending a bunch of money, just to get a try at something that has a very slim chance of keeping me set for life. Thats a shot in the dark if i've ever seen one, and i don't like taking chances with life-changing consequences.

i may make some music here and there, but i'm going to move on to more important things that make sense, like taking my sister's advice and trying to get a math degree that i can wave around.

But seriously though, my life has really changed overnight. I had like a realization about where i'm at in my life and i realized that im a fat ugly slob that gets on everyone's nerves and thinks he's always right. I want to change that. I've taken a step out of my body and looked at myself through other people's eyes, and i don't like what i see. it almost makes me sick. so yeah, life is going to get better, because i now realize something very important: all my life, i've blamed everyone else for my problems, and where has it gotten me? nowhere. it doesn't make sense to spite a world that doesn't even need spiting. people will be people, and how i react to each thing determines my future, not some dumb teacher or half-witted idea. the world won't change for me, so i must change for the world. its time for some self-assesments.... so let this be number 1.
