Newgrounds has an annual jam called Flash Forward where people are encouraged to make old-school Flash movies and animations that will play via the Ruffle emulator.

Flash is excellent for making simple games and toys, and I had an idea where you could use the arrow keys to quickly switch between stations as you assemble something for someone. After some iterations, I came up with Hot Slog! It's a small game where you see how many hot dogs you can put together in a minute. Please give it a try and let me know what you think! This was a great opportunity to revisit most of my OCs and flesh all of them out just a little bit more. There are some guys in there who I've had for a while but have never seen the public eye.

I'd like to submit this game to FA as a gallery entry (similar to what I did with Slaps from long ago), but I want to wait and see if I'm up for drawing some proper art for it first instead of uploading a screenshot. The deadline for the jam is today, so here we are with a journal entry instead!


...It's been a little while since I've posted anything here, huh? I haven't really gone anywhere, but I know that I've been very quiet... I do have a little bit more art to post, but before I do I'd like to talk about the nature of my uploads and my schedule going forward. There are some changes that I'm going to make, but I'll go into more detail in a separate journal entry once I'm ready. For now, please enjoy the game!
